I had issues with two automated seller forms on the website (technical glitches). Joseph Pinto assisted me via Houzeo's chat utility. Joseph sorted out the problem within minutes which allowed me to complete my tasks so that my listing could go live the next business day. I am impressed with Houzeo and the support I've been given in the stages prior to listing a property. I hope that things go this smoothly going forward.

The service and explanations were good and very helpful. The only issue we had was discovering well into our sale that our home had been listed in an MLS 6 hours out of our area (it was in a Chicago MLS- we are in rural Illinois one hour from St Louis.). Fortunately, that didn’t end up affecting us since our home was listed on realtor.com. Houzeo was helpful all the way through. Our agent was responsive whenever I had a question as well.
