Thank you so much to the whole team. You were quick to respond to our late request for moving, you were friendly and relaxed and made us feel very at ease during an emotional time!
You were all professional and used equipment to keep all our furniture safe, and were super slick removing everything out of the house and then moving it into our new house - just to add - on the hottest day ever!!

Where to start…. From the initial visit Isaac and Karl made the whole process really easy and stress free on the day.

Karl and Ted went over and above on the day, and even though we added additional bits, it was not problem for them at all.

Real value for money on what can be the most stressful day of your lives, even encouraging us to go for a beer so we were as relaxed as possible.

Wishing them all the best for the future, personally and professionally and If I need anything moving I would not consider anyone again!

Despite a very difficult moving day, lots of delays and uncertainty as to whether the move would ever take place Howes and Moose acted very professionally with a great deal of understanding and sympathy as to the trauma we were experiencing.When the move actually took place it was carried out quickly and efficiently. Should I ever move again l would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Great bunch of guys only too pleased to help out with even the stuff you were going to put into your car. They were quick, efficient and above all very careful and friendly, don’t bother going to anyone else 👍.

Exemplary service from first visit to final move. Issac and Karl worked incredibly hard with some very challenging access issues at both properties. Nothing was too much trouble and they had thought of everything I might need for the move. Some driving skills there boys - respect.

Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and the one-to-one service provided to my dad during the assessment and loading was outstanding. What a fantastic team to have onboard when you’re moving! I moved at the beginning of March and from the initial pre-move visit, these guys just make you feel so comfortable and at ease, with your house move in their hands. They are extremely professional, hard-working and fun to have onboard, during what would usually be an extremely hectic life event. Excellent service and fantastic communication. I needed to move a family member at relatively short notice over the Christmas period and nothing was too much trouble for Karl and Isaac. Every call or email was returned and every appointment time was kept which made organising the move much less stressful.

Worth every penny for a seamless removal service. Worked hard for a day and a half. Professional, insured and then flexible when things went a little sideways with access to our new property. We chose them over a significantly lower quote and they delivered exactly what we needed, meaning our moving day was smooth and easy. Polite, friendly and really know their stuff!

I can’t recommend Howes & Moose highly enough. From the initial consultation to finishing the house move, they were absolutely incredible. Not only did they take all our furniture down and put it back up again, but they went above and beyond by adapting to last-minute changes when things didn’t go exactly to plan on moving day! As things were unfortunately later than planned, without us even asking they thoughtfully made sure our child's room was the first one set up so he could settle in and go to bed - this made a huge difference to us and was so considerate.

Asked for price for swapping large furniture items from one address to another within 10 miles..price accepted we will be there in 10 mins! Issac and Karl you are polite and extremely professional young men..and very fast! Recommend you to everyone.

We can't thank Isaac and Karl enough. Professional, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Even a blow out on the motorway didn't phase them and they came up with a plan b. Everything was still moved within the day. We can't praise them enough.

Friendly, professional & efficient!! They made the very stressful situation of having to empty my damaged garage following a tornado so easy. Isaac and Karl were calm and reassuring both before and during the move. We had lived in one house for 40 years and had a lot of stuff to move. The packing service was invaluable, and we would recommend using it. The whole team were helpful, considerate and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
