Absolutely top-tier, from start to finish. Having moved 4 times in 7 years, this has by far been our best experience, wish we'd used Trunk for the other moves too!
We had a lot of fiddly and fragile bits - instruments, record players, lots of vinyl records, art, etc - and not a single item was damaged. The guys were on time, cheerful and professional throughout, even though it was clearly back-breaking. The quote was competitive too.
Couldn't recommend highly enough, would leave 10 stars if I could!

Trunk logistics from the first intro telephone call to the booking then the guys on the day. The customer service has been excellent. Nothing too much trouble and they made it all look effortless. Smooth & stressless move with Trunk Logistics
We used Trunk Logistics last week for our house move and were very impressed with the service that we received from: James, Bradd, Christy & Wayne.
What a lovely example of team work, camaraderie, professionalism & taking pride in your work!
From the moment that the team arrived, until they left, after a long day, they put us at ease with their cheerful disposition and nothing was too much trouble or an effort. They were really helpful and made the whole moving day run smoothly ensuring that they were careful with our belongings and checking that we were happy with where everything should go and moving furniture around if we changed our mind.
The team worked non-stop and also kindly gave us their opinions on where they thought some of the furniture should go.
We paid for a wardrobe to be dismantled and reassembled and this was done very well and a lot quicker than if we had tried to do it!
In the weeks leading up to our move, we also received excellent customer service from: Lewis, Pat, Kieran, Liam & possibly other staff who I may have unintentionally omitted from this review. Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately and with kindness, understanding and reassurance.
Thank you to everyone at Trunk Logistics for ensuring that our move was as stressless as possible. We would not hesitate in booking Trunk Logistics again and would highly recommend them.

Trunk logistics from start to finish everyone I dealt with was professional and fast at responding no hidden fees very upfront and much cheaper than others we tried. On moving day Paul and Matt were professional and throughout and very friendly. Everything was done in 2 hours (3 bed semi)
Unloading also very fast would definitely recommend!

Exceptional home removal service…
We booked our home removal service through Kieran in the office who was super helpful at giving us a quote for our big move from south of England to midlands. He was friendly and efficient over the phone and throughout the process.
Then came moving day. I can’t recommend Jay & Luke enough to anyone they really went above and beyond for us both ends of the move. Loaded the van efficiently and professionally and unloaded at our destination with care and attentiveness. Very nice lads and made the whole move experience easy. Great job you two!

The team were absolutely amazing
The team were absolutely amazing! Aaron, Chris and Kane were like three supermen with Tetris skills I’ve never seen before. They dismantled 3 beds, 3 wardrobes and packed over 20 boxes in less than 2 hours! They loaded everything I’d booked in plus more which they didn’t have to do and I thought I’d have to come back in the week to get. Price was very reasonable too considering the amount of stuff they took (4 bed house), time taken and then unpacked everything and reassembled in just under two hours. All very friendly and helpful. Aaron, Kane and Chris, you made the move so easy! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Big dan and jack were absolutely amazing with my house move. They handled my belongings with ultimate care and couldn’t have been more polite or accommodating. After a traumatic morning of dropping my phone down a the crack of the lift shaft halfway through the move, they were happy to crack on with the job and get things sorted while my attention was elsewhere and even let me borrow their phone so I could contact relevant people. I’m sure they’ll be happy to know that my phone was safely returned the same day, without any damage!!! As a victim of dv, I would also like to say how safe I felt having them both in my home and I throughly enjoyed their company. They honestly went above and beyond and I will definitely be recommending trunk logistics in the future. Thankyou ever so much.
