I am at the early stages of a purchase, but the service has been outstanding so far from Jessica and David. Jessica has kept me updated at every point and the turnaround for responding to questions is brilliant. I'm sure the full process will be as good as it's been so far.

Wonderful service from the initial valuation through to completion. Every step was made so easy, in what was a difficult time selling my late father’s home of 25 years. With such a professional sales presentation and viewings we achieved 5% more for my fathers property than other agents valuations

Our house went up for sale on the Friday, viewing booked for the Monday and offer on the Tuesday! The Ashby team were excellent with their advice and communication. We had a slight change to our chain when our buyer’s buyer pulled out but the Ashby team immediately contacted another interested buyer and the eligibility paperwork was completed immediately and solicitors instructed so there was no delay. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of progress within the chain and really couldn’t have asked for more. First class service.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Lucy from the Rugby Lettings Team today.
She returned our call within 15 minutes of us calling the office, she was friendly, polite, listened to us and actioned our query straight away.

I honestly don’t think I could find enough words to thank Lauren and the team at Howkins & Harrison for their incredible support and outstanding customer service throughout the sale of our home.
When we first decided to put our house on the market, we were considering three different estate agents. Looking back now, my husband and I have said on many occasions how incredibly glad we are that we chose Lauren. Selling a house is rarely a smooth process—there’s always a challenge somewhere - but Lauren was with us every step of the way. Her continued support made all the difference, and without her dedication, I truly don’t think we’d be in the position we are now- ready to move into our forever family home.
In today’s world, it’s rare to come across people who are as approachable, personable, dependable, and committed as Lauren and her team. Lauren would always call when she said she would, replied to emails quickly, and never left a question unanswered. And if she didn’t have the answer right away, she made sure to find it and come back to us. That level of service is genuinely refreshing. And then if Lauren was on annual leave, she would ensure her colleagues were on hand to support in her absence so there was no gap in service.

We had previously marketed the property with another local agent who we thought had the best local knowledge , we had only a few viewings without any firm offers , and disappointingly the agent just lost interest very quickly . On the other hand HH were true to their word with superior marketing which led to immediate positive viewings and a firm offer . Throughout HH provided proactive feedback .

We have been working with Jessica with the process of buying our first house, from the first point of contact its been a great experience was able to book in a viewing for the next day, Jessica was able to answer any questions we have had if not straight away by the next day after confirming with the property owner.
