Our experience with Howletts was extremely good. We had a complicated situation after returning to live in the U.K. with our left hand drive car. Howletts enabled us to part exchange the car for a U.K. registered car and even managed the form filling etc. with HMCR on our behalf. We were kept informed throughout the process which was quite lengthy and complicated. We are happy with our RHD car and will use Howletts for our first M.O.T. and servicing. Great staff and special thanks to Simon for his calm and efficient approach.

I was looking for a new car. I do quite high mileage so need a reliable vehicle able to can cope with lots of motorway and A road driving yet still be economical.

I have been using Howlett of Lavenham for several years now and have only praise for them. They have looked after 3 cars for me to date and 2 of those were purchased from them! When you ask a question you get an honest answer that will be in "plain English", if you are booked in for an appointment you will be seen at that time not an hour or so later, if your car needs parts they will discuss prices with you and the best option for your car..... all things that mean a lot in the times we live in.
My advice... give them a try and I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised.
