H.Samuel - Aylesbury Reviews 

I came into H.Samuel hoping to see if I could get an earring made up as I wasn’t 100% sure if they still did the design I had. And Conner at the Aylesbury store was fantastic, he was able to find the exact earrings I had once I explained I lost one of them years ago and his customer service was just amazing.

Originally reviewed husband’s tungsten wedding ring on 15 Nov 2021 after it deteriorated entirely within months of purchase and the store failed to take responsibility. After leaving the review H Samuel customer services got in touch and did arrange a replacement ring within a week. However, this ring has also begun to deteriorate within a month - we checked reviews of the ring on the website and found other buyers who had experienced the exact same issue - the rings had chipped or changed appearance entirely (dulled) and the stores has been extremely unhelpful when dealing with it. Now that we have experienced the issues problems twice with the same ring (and others having identical problem) we believe H Samuel have lied about the contents of this ring as there is absolutely no way a real tungsten ring, which is harder than titanium, would have these issues of degradation in the space of weeks. Tungsten should last a lifetime - we feel utterly mislead and are now in a position of having to replace my husband’s wedding ring for the third time in less than six months. It is very upsetting because it means he will not be wearing the ring I gave him on our wedding day nor a ring that looks the same. We are obviously going elsewhere for the new ring as do not believe H Samuel can deliver on quality or be honest about the contents of their rings, but do want our full money back for the ring. I can see they’re knocking it out for half price on their website currently - I wonder why? Total shitshow from a huge jewellery brand we thought was a safe pair of hands.

The assistant was helpful but after I left the shop I discovered that he had not set my new watch to the correct time. Eventually I managed to do it at home. However, it would have been good if it had been noticed at the shop.

Very happy with purchase. Had to order the correct size ring and when it arrived in-store, it was £100 more than the ticket price when it was ordered. Store staff sorted it out very quickly at the original sale price.

Absolutely amazing service and so helpful.with sorting out an issue with my fob watch under the warranty.

As usual left purchase to last minute although I had an idea of what I wanted. Previous experience with Samuels that was positive.
The staff member was very helpful and the product and pricing was satisfactory.

The sales staff were very friendly and took time to listen to our needs, helping us to choose the right item. We were able to try on rings and each were cleaned before and after trying on. Highly recommended the Aylesbury an Samuels store, we purchased a ring and have used this store on numerous occasions.

Good service and I'm happy with quality and value of the replacement to my lost wedding ring but it was delivered to the shop where I ordered it rather than to my home as specified. So nearly 5*!

Perfect service, very quick and efficient. I made two purchases, which were polished before being placed in their boxes. The staff member was also able to answer my questions regarding a silver gold ring being re-dipped.

The young assistant was very kind and attentive and even gave me a chair to sit on. A delightful person.

I went to replace a gold chain on a necklace which had broken. Stupidly I did not take the necklace with me so couldn’t be sure it would fit. The sales assistant said I could return and exchange it if necessary. Of course it didn’t fit so I took it back. I saw the same assistant who could not have been more helpful. She exchanged the chain and refunded the difference in cost. She was friendly and helpful at all times
