Do not get a repair done here they are unable to give a time frame or estimate. Better off going somewhere that can give you that.
Very easy to use online. Store collection is very helpful. Using clear pay and other payment options is the main reason I use HS online.

I was in collecting a bracelet that had…
I was in collecting a bracelet that had been repaired and at the same time I asked if it was possible to take some links out of a watch strap (the watch wasn't bought in this shop ) and they did it without any problems I know some jewellers aren't really keen on doing this if it's not been bought from their shop, the sales assistant was helpful and friendly
