J'ai acheté la mini 314ah de chez humsienk. Le produit est bien arrivé, et fait le job mieux que prévu...pour alimenter un réfrigérateur et divers choses dans un camping car.
En contact avec le sav pour un témoin allumé rouge, qui s'avère être un témoin de fin de charge normal. Très réactive, polie et agréable, Alice a répondu rapidement à mes questions.
A voir pour la suite. Satisfait pour le moment de mon achat. Je commence à lorgner la 640 ah....

There was a slight mix up in whether the battery was meant to be delivered or picked up. I sent an email which was responded to promptly with an apology offered. They investigated and admitted fault and arranged for emmediate delivery. Excellent response.

The 1st battery I ordered was faulty and after performing some tests as requested by Humseink, the battery was replaced. The new battery is working extremely well and performing even better than expected.
I would highly recommend Humseink batteries.

The batteries performed above my expectations in my camp trailer with a 170 watt solar system. One battery developed a problem with charginging so I contacted the company and customer support was amazing! They stand by their products 100%. I received a replacement battery. I have several friends that have purchased Humsienk batteries for rvs and I have them in 2 boats, I'll never go back to lead acid.

The 314AH battery is great and the delivery very good. Easy to install but it's heavy. It integrates well with my Victron MultiPlusII. My only criticism is buying directly from Humsienk incurs an international transaction fee from Visa and this is not disclosed on their website.

Your communication skills are the worst. My first battery was delayed several times didn't know who was delivering it. I paid a extra 350 dollars to make sure it arrived ok, the box looked like it was in a crash. My 2nd battery gets here with a shorter cable than the 1st. I've sent pictures and both my order numbers. You said you were gonna send me new cables. But I haven't heard back for you. I sure hope nothing ever happens to these batteries while there still under warranty. Because I know I'll have trouble with that. Why did you raise the price twice in 6 months. So now you charge 400 more dollars and make the cables shorter, and my 2nd battery isn't as good as the 1st one. Send me my
cables. Dammit this is ridiculous

My HumsiENK battery was malfunctioning.
The customer service inmidiately responded an analyzed the problem.
They offered me a new battery and a free return of the broken battery.
What a customer-friendly response!

150ah lithium battery with BMT and bluetooth is on very good price point and works well. Had a little warming issue while charging, messaged support Humsienk responded quickly and sent a replacement battery. Really good customer support!

I purchased the Humsienk 12V 314ah for a trolling motor 55lbs. The reason for the large size was for extended weekend fishing trip in remote lakes. This was to be my backup if I had trouble with the main engine. Possibly a 25-30 mile trip back.
First major trip the battery was at 88% and went down to 44%. We trolled for 24hrs at 1.5mph for a total of 36 miles.
Longevity had excited my expectation.
Had trouble with charger just before my next trip 2 weeks later. They responded right away and gave me 3 options to replace the charger with limited time. Great customer service exceptional battery. This gives me peace of mind boating in remote lakes in Canada.
