The 1st battery I ordered was faulty and after performing some tests as requested by Humseink, the battery was replaced. The new battery is working extremely well and performing even better than expected.
I would highly recommend Humseink batteries.

The batteries performed above my expectations in my camp trailer with a 170 watt solar system. One battery developed a problem with charginging so I contacted the company and customer support was amazing! They stand by their products 100%. I received a replacement battery. I have several friends that have purchased Humsienk batteries for rvs and I have them in 2 boats, I'll never go back to lead acid.

The battery is great but beware of international transaction fees
The 314AH battery is great and the delivery very good. Easy to install but it's heavy. It integrates well with my Victron MultiPlusII. My only criticism is buying directly from Humsienk incurs an international transaction fee from Visa and this is not disclosed on their website.

We also really appreciate you bringing the international transaction fee to our attention. To clarify, because our payment processing gateway operates internationally, some banks and card issuers (like Visa) charge a foreign transaction fee on their end.

Your communication skills are the worst. My first battery was delayed several times didn't know who was delivering it. I paid a extra 350 dollars to make sure it arrived ok, the box looked like it was in a crash. My 2nd battery gets here with a shorter cable than the 1st. I've sent pictures and both my order numbers. You said you were gonna send me new cables. But I haven't heard back for you. I sure hope nothing ever happens to these batteries while there still under warranty. Because I know I'll have trouble with that. Why did you raise the price twice in 6 months. So now you charge 400 more dollars and make the cables shorter, and my 2nd battery isn't as good as the 1st one. Send me my
cables. Dammit this is ridiculous

Meeting Expectations
I purchased the Humsienk 12V 314ah for a trolling motor 55lbs. The reason for the large size was for extended weekend fishing trip in remote lakes. This was to be my backup if I had trouble with the main engine. Possibly a 25-30 mile trip back.
First major trip the battery was at 88% and went down to 44%. We trolled for 24hrs at 1.5mph for a total of 36 miles.
Longevity had excited my expectation.
Had trouble with charger just before my next trip 2 weeks later. They responded right away and gave me 3 options to replace the charger with limited time. Great customer service exceptional battery. This gives me peace of mind boating in remote lakes in Canada.

314AH Humsienk smart battery
I order the 314 AH LifePo4 smart batteries to use on a small solar array for battery backup. The batteries have worked great. The Humsienk battery app is great. I can see what the batteries are doing and there state of charge in real time. Also the customer service with Humsienk has been great and helped me with any questions that I have had. I would defiantly recommend these batteries.

I do not recommend it to anyone.
I ordered a battery that arrived defective. When I tried to contact customer service, I first received a few messages from a bot, after which they tried to make me open and service the battery myself without any experience, which would also void the warranty. Since I did not agree to this, I have demanded a new product or a refund for the result of the problem. I waited 6 days for a response to the previous message and now I have had to wait 4 days for a response again. Really substandard customer service, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
