My first bad review in years, I got a shake and win wopper nonsense which was still over priced as neither burgers where burger size and were not worth more than $1 in value, it was pathetic, a squirt of mayo on cheap tiny muffin size bun and a pinch of lettus and two tomatoes ..... the meat patty was missing on both burgers .... when i asked tge cashier for help she gave me a filthy look, the only other worker I could see was a young asian that looked like he was high school. ill never buy from hungry jacks again. I was ripped off scammed and they stole my meat patties and not even an apology from the mute manager was offered .... overpriced for terribke cheap garbage .... im vegetarian so i said can u use a vegan patty for me ... the manager said no yet all their patties are cheap ..... where the hell is the customer care, customer service, quality, value for money ... it was over priced even the chips was less than a handfull ..... the most pathetic food and service for the price. i deserved a proper meal and left with diahorea the photos show no meat patty in either .... they stole from me amd expected me to pay full price .... these ppl are low theives that dont have a clue about service or food. Please dont ever buy from hungry jacks. they dont deserve your purchases. to think hed deny altering a shake a win to suit my dietary needs .... terrible. i was hungry after a late night and this is how i get treated by a business of rude theives.

Hungry jacks M1 Wyong northbound…..ordered two chocolate sundaes. Called our name but no sundaes where there to collect…..asked the young girl working there was very very rude…..anyhow order was placed again. We were there for 30 minutes…..how long does it take for two ice creams. I told managed don’t worry about it…she was rude also…. Worst customer service…..never going there again….. and really you deserve no star ratings.

Hungry Jack's Billingham. First time we have ordered from here and it will be the last. Ordered Parmo with added meatbslls, spicy wedges, extra coleslaw. Food tepid which is ironic as we less than one mile away ? Parmo was ok, bit stodgy. Wedges were not spicy and cold. Salad pot had and inch of water under the lettuce which watered down the coleslaw. The extra pot of coleslaw was not cut up thinly, big chunks of white cabbage, no onions , tasteless.

The burger was too oily and too cold. I would never buy again.

Very unprofessional service from hungry jacks, Albany creek. It’s kind off fooling people and looting their money.

I did make an order of meal and did pay separately for the spicy sauce but did not give the same. We were trusting them and just collected the order and went back.

Once reached at destination and saw the packing they did not give the spicy for which we have paid. There was no use of travelling back for the same by burning the gas and putting time and efforts.

This is looting and it’s not fair for customers. Do check your order before leaving their counter. Sometimes, it can be deliberately done.

I personally love Hungry Jacks burgers but what I really dislike is the service at most stores. When you get great service and a smile you should really take note because it rarely happens! Furthermore to find a clean store is almost impossible. No wonder people go through drive-through and then eat in their cars, because it’s just too hard to find a clean table to sit at! You see that staff leaning on counters with nothing to do and in my view, if you’ve got time lean, you’ve got time to clean! Where are the store managers? If you’ve want a clean table it’s left to customers to clean before they eat! It would of course also help if people leave places clean when they leave, but a good old wipe down and floor clean would not go astray! Come on Hungry Jacks, lift your game!!

I went to Hungry Jack’s today and ordered a burger. But the thing is, this all started from the beginning—the person on the drive-thru forgot to say “drive-thru,” so I was just waiting there, thinking my order wasn’t done or checked. Then they asked me again to repeat it, and I said, “Look, I already ordered.” After that, at the final window, they told me to go to the waiting bay. I sat there for ages—like, maybe 7 or 10 minutes—and nothing happened. In the end, I went inside, and I told them my order still wasn’t ready. They just kept apologizing and gave me the order—they’d completely forgotten it. And on top of that, the chips they gave me, they forgot to put any salt on them.

Terrible customer service. Machine was broken so could not place my order. Then they blamed ME!

If your tech does not work, DON'T USE IT!

apps been buggy for 2 years people losing their money left and right. money went straight out, data cut out and the order never went through. i went hangry this exact glitch has been happening for years and they still havent fixed their app.

Hungry Jacks Oxenford today was an absolute shocker. If order cannot be completed at the same time then staff in drive through should notify customer that they are super busy and may not be able to fill the order straight away. Then to be told when I asked where my coffee was “ We are busy “. I was the only car in the drive through when ordering and then the young lady didn’t know what I meant by a sweetener until I said “ an equal “ please. Really🤨. Maybe more staff should be put on at lunch times. This is the second time I have had an issue with Oxenford Hungry Jacks. Will never be back there again and will NOT recommend them to other people😡

We went to Hungary Jacks Waurn Ponds in Victoria tonight for tea I ordered a Angus double burger,I started eating I noticed the burgers were raw on the inside and burnt on the outside,I took the food back . Never again will we go out back I would not recommend going there

stopped in for breakfast at HJ Sylvania 8.30am 17/3
was served by friendly staff , restaurant was clean so was the rest room. food was nice but had to sit outside due to the excessively loud music. Coffee was so strong that even 4 sugars barely made it drinkable.
All in all it was a pleasant experiance. Will not visit there again when the weather is cold if I have to sit
outside for a bit of quietness .thank you .

Whilst driving around with my daughter, my son, and my sons girlfriend, I placed an order for something to munch on...
Before making it to Hungry Jacks, my phone battery died and I had to sign in to my account with my sons girlfriends phone...

As Hungry Jacks crap app requires, I chose the drive thru, which shouldn't even be an option when the store is closed and drive thru is the only option, or when operating your phone while on the road, or in the drive thru is an offence, and of which I have raised with Hungry Jacks NUMEROUS TIMES, or when McDonald's and KFC don't require this function, and I received my order number...

When I pulled into the drive thru and told the incompetent tattooed, child like manager my order number, he claimed not to have it in his system and despite driving around to the window and showing my order number, and the order details, he refused to complete the order...

Being my birthday, and that I am on a minimal budget due to unforeseen expenses, I was not in a position to reorder the meals and l had to leave without the food I ordered for us all...
I don't think I need to say how p!ss'd off I was...

Fast forward 2 days, and Hungry Jacks have stolen the funds that were pending in my bank account for food the cocky little turd, child like manager refused to process instead of refunding...

The other managers at the Hungry jacks store I ordered from would, and have, sorted and processed an order with the same issues...

The same issue occured a week or so before this, and the manager fixed the issue without a fuss...

To top off the refusal to process the order based on the order details in my app, and that the issue occured only minutes after ordering, the child like manager tried accusing me of ordering at the wrong store, and then proceeded to claim the issue was on my end, not on his, despite the fact that the app showed all the relevant details that his system didn't have...

Taking my money after all of the aforementioned issues is a slap in the face...

I will not be spending any more money on Hungry Jacks...
Beware of their crap app catching you out in the same way, or by operating it while driving or in the drive thru which is an unnecessary function, to prevent yourself from being fined by policeof caught doing so...

I don't like theives, and Hungry Jacks have proven to be just that...

I will be taking up all issues experienced at Hungry Jacks with the Department of Consumer and Business Services, and the ACCC...

I visited Hungry Jack’s at 1–5 The Avenue, Sunshine West VIC, and the food quality was really poor. The burger was very dry, overcooked, and didn’t taste fresh at all. The bun was hard and the burger was extremely salty, making it difficult to enjoy.

The cola was also disappointing — it tasted like plain water with almost no flavour, like the syrup was missing.

For the price, I expected much better quality and freshness. This location seriously needs to improve food preparation and drink quality. Not satisfied and wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

We ordered Hungry Jacks food at 6.16pm today. The order arrived at about 7.10pm. We're less than 5km from the Port Adelaide "restaurant". We opened the bag, plated the meals and within 60 seconds they were thrown in the bin. Cold, congealed, limp and visually very unappealing. What a waste of $40. Bloody awful. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Appalling meal. Late at night and facing long traintrip home. Decided to get a chocolate sundae at the Southern Cross Station store. No desserts available! As I hadn't had any dinner, I decided to order chicken strips and chips. Absolutely disgusting. Both the chips and the chicken had been fried previously (at least once, if not more) and were simply again re-deepfried for my order. The bulk of the food was virtually inedible - a waste of nearly $18.00. If the store were closing - I'm assuming this is why there was a skeleton staff and why every counter I went to sit at, to eat the meal, was filthy - no orders should have been allowed (I worked out this was the reason no desserts were available ... someone would have had to actually make them). Disinterested staff. I now know why it is called "Hungry Jacks" - Jack also must found the food to be inedible and unbeliebably expensive for what was provided.

On Sat 25th my old school mate & I decided to get together for a couple of beers & old story telling.
Around 19:30hrs we chose to make an order with Hungry Jacks, Baldivis. That appeared to go through OK & an order #given. Delivery time est approx 30mins for a 1.7km distance. 22:30hrs we still had no delivery. tried to contact the store but Internet pages clearly avoided such contact. Uber Door dash & Menu Log among the delivery co listings. Even tried phone checking with Uber eats and other. Uber as hopeless as ever NO ANSWER. Dashdoor did answer but no record of an Order. Managed to find a phone nr & Called the store to be told that we had to check with Unber Eats the delivery had nothing to do with them. Have had serious problems with Uber over last 12mths forcing them to give total refunds for charges they failed to deliver. Checked again on the Net & ended up trying to place basic same order & specifically choosing Doordash online ?? Seemed to be working then the follow up tracking suddenly hung up and disappeared. Could not recover that. Then used MenuLog for same order which went through 22:47hrs. 23:30hr dog alerted someone at door. checked & there was 3 (three) orders dropped at the door but no driver. Principal course of the whole issue is presumed Uber. Would never have used them if they were seen as first delivery. On numerous occasions they have been found to try to pick up or deliver to addresses that are specifically found in their system. Their system relies on a pinpointing feature for their drivers which is WRONG. Possibly in Aust due to Uber believed to use WHEREIS for GPS which has been caught out many times for out of date or not giving correct address. My personal experience with Uber is having to threaten legal action with total evidence of their failings where their pinpointing provides and address in an adjoining street (different name and number) to that on their record. HJs handling not specifically at fault but choice of Uber among other providers is confusing particularly if a delivery is chosen by the HJ systems. The final result of 3 (three) charges for the orders borne by myself and my mate should have been correctly addressed by HJs especially where the drop and run situation with the 3 orders occurred at the same time 4hours after the first attempt. No complaints about HJ products & preferred to its major competitor and others. Having used HJs for years & adult children involved in well accredited in management of fast food stores this one was a complete dropout/disappointment.

Awful, ordered online to be told they’re closed and need to call back tomorrow for a refund… who has the time for that?!
