No customer service. How can you operate

Hour after I placed the order and they had no idea about the order. I called my courier and he was definitely at his residence (heard people, tv on, dogs barking). The worst thing is that the restaurant doesnt receive your order once it’s placed and paid for - it’s the delivery person that goes to the restaurant, orders and pays for your food. So almost two hours go by - the restaurant talks to the delivery guy who swears he’s on his way. Do the restaurant in an act of good faith starts making my order. Well the delivery guy never showed up. So I’m out my 100 dollars and the restaurant is out their food cost - except I couldn’t let that happen and I drove and picked up and paid for an h

its just a company like China， very good and working hard staff，and very poor systerm of user friendly and dumb leader head～

Received a wrong food item. I was not able to reach out to the company. The customer service number and email available online are absolutely useless. Will never use it again.

WHAT A HEADACHE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY IS. Cold always late food. So many issues & Customer service cannot speak English properly which makes any communication impossible. This business is gross.

They hijack the restaurants web site and you fill out the order thinking you are using the restaurants site. I realized that before finishing my order and stopped before paying AND YET, my CC was charged!!! How did they get my CC #?? Now they want to take 10 days to refund, but I called my CC company and had them put a hold on the card. Since I don't know where they got the #, I'll have to assume that they are either hacking into Chinese restaurants client base, or that they are in cahoots with them. They are the last company I will ever do business with.

Do not use this service! My card was charged, the website said order was confirmed and a time to collect it. I went to the restaurant and they told me they have never heard of hungry panda and the order was never received. I called hungry panda for a refund but the phone menu terminated the call. My bank is now disputing the charges on my behalf. Do not trust!

This is a total scam. The restaurant I ordered from via hungry panda never received the order. The email I received supposedly from hungry panda advising that my order was ready, contained a mobile number which I rang and was told my order was ready. The order was not ever received..... My money taken though. SCAM

Customer service runs you in circles then hangs up when trying to get a simple refund request for an order placed to a closed restaurant, horrible service, terrible employee attitude when explaining the situation, app is unfinished and they jerked me around and would only call back at 1am on weeknights or in the middle of a standard work day, and now auto-hang up when I try to ask for help at all. Never using them again. Be aware that placing orders through Google services using hungry panda may not even go to the correct restaurant, and then they'll pocket the money and hang up on you.

Put in an order today with BZ Burger - Kippax Holt, which is about 3.8km from where I live, at 12:30pm through HungryPanda, payment processed very quickly and ETA provided 1:21pm-1:34pm. We waited until 1:40pm, still nothing so I called the store to be told "we did not receive any order from HungryPanda". While on the phone with BZ Burger staff, a HungryPanda's walked into the restaurant to "place" my order. I now have to wait for the food to be made and delivered, all over again while starving. Food arrived at 2:01pm with no apology from the HP staff.

What a horrible experience. Never again.

We ordered 2 meals via Hungry Panda from a restaurant .25K away. They advertise 15 min delivery. After 3/4 hour, rang them and they said the driver would not answer his phone but the food had been cooked in time. After an hour it arrived - COLD. No apologies just a meal that was binned. Think carefully, it is a never again for me!

Ordered pizzas thru them the pizza arrive wreaked all push to side no care at all was given when transport them. Pizza shop less than 5 min walk. Do not recommend you order any food that use hungry panda for delivery.

First time through hungry panda, It took 52 mins to receive the food: ordered 6:44pm, received 7:37pm. Restaurant is 5 minutes away. However, delivery lady was really nice and apologetic. She emphasized that she waited 30 minutes for the food. Food turned out to be really hot and fresh. I can’t complain.

The worst food delivery service I have ever used. The drivers are disrespectful, and don’t care at all that they have your food. I paid $50 for a soup and a snack, the driver picked it up at the restaurant supposedly and for a 10min drive, it arrived 40min later. COME ON DO BETTER

They took the money out of my account and then cancelled the order. Stay Away.

I ordered my food at 11:15. I was told it would be here by 12:08. It is now 12:42, lunch hour is over, and still no food. It says to click Contact Hungry Panda, right on the confirmation, but of course, you cannot click it. I will not use Hungry Panda again, and they will be refunding my money.

If there's a zero, i'll give it to this company. The food was ready according to the restaurant but the driver hasn't arrived yet . After more than an hour of waiting, I ended up collecting it. Then after 1 1/2 hour, i've received a message that the driver is on its way. After few minutes, it says the food has been delivered. What a scam!

Paid for a $50 coupon and added it to my account. Only redeemed $21.80 and now the rest of my credit $28.2 is GONE. what a scam HungryPanda is. The phone line has poor, incoherent english. Has an automated line and won’t let you talk to an actual customer service agent to resolve their issue. Automatically hangs up. Email address doesn’t work and keeps going to undelivered. How can an unethical company like this operate? I’d rate this 0 stars if it were and option.

Hungry panda charged us but never picked up the food from the restaurant and it never arrived. Contacted the restaurant and food was ready but they couldn’t book another delivery. So essentially no food and we paid for the food still. Does anyone know how we can claim the money back please? Thanks

Still waiting for the food. Restaurant says it's been ready for ages. Getting cold. Really shocking service.
