Trackers (Info thieves/hackers) never show up when I'm on the site, according to my computers security service. The email loads quickly. When I've had a question I received fast responses that are polite and actually addressed the issue. I feel good about about being able to reach out to my office from home and know my emails and information are safe.

I was able to speak on the phone with a technician who helped me through every steps to use the tool to make forms. Hush mail makes it easy to make payment or to modify my account according to my needs. I highly recommend hushmail!

The support you offer.

Here's the situation: you can read lists of features about an email provider. But in my opinion, an email service, no matter the list of awesome features, is only as good as their customer service. If you read about various privacy email companies here on Trust Pilot, you can see that a lot of them have really bad customer service. The reason I give 5 stars to Hushmail is because their customer service is consistently excellent. They treat my concerns with care and attention, they actually listen, and I am always respected as a human being. My experience with other companies of internet services in general is that the customer service is very poor, they don't listen, don't help, and don't treat you like a human being (while posting on Trust Pilot that "we are committed to excellent customer service..." or other misleading statements).The Hushmail reps are always good to me. They are the best customer service of any company, anywhere. And, no, I am not being compensated to say this. I am just sick of terrible customer service from other companies and very, very grateful to be treated well by the Hushmail peeps. I have been with Hushmail for a number of years, so I have had the opportunity to experience their customer service over a long period of time. I hope this helps others with your decision-making process.

Emails to customer support are invariably answered promptly, helpfully, and respectfully. This is a great company.

The review title says it all!

The administrator user interface is old and antiquated. Needs upgrading. Just to get to the administrator portal is not obvious. I have to log into the email portal, then go to the hamburger, select preferences, then domain to the to the portal for managing users etc.

It's been easy, I love that I got to choose my own email name, and I just hit a button to encrypt the email.

Today my email is down. It was also down from Dec 23-24th. I have clients who I need to be able to contact and also other related platforms who communicate with me via this address.

Uploading documents on phone is very difficult and most of our work are done on phone.
Can’t take pictures with the email attachment and send instantly.
While we are able to do this with Gmail

No problems. All is good.

What made this experience great was the fact that is was streamlined and easy.
