With responsive personal service.
They hosted my website for over 15 years. I could ask them questions and actually talk to folks. Not just a chat bot. And they were always responsive and answered my questions. I'm retired now, and I'm letting my site go. But I recommend Storm Web highly.

I signed up for some small services from Stormweb and hoped that it might meet our little needs. It wasn't a biog solution, but it was what we needed at the time.

Since them, I've had a few issues that arose, which I needed some tech support. In most cases, it's because I didn't understand something, or because I couldn't figure something out on my own.

In each case, their support was fast, patient, helpful, and correct. All the issues I raised were resolved immediately.

I started switching all of my hosting and domains over to Stormweb.ca from GoDaddy after the tariff nonsense with the USA and fascist tendencies emerged causing concerns about data location. The support is amazing, almost unbelievable, and much better priced, for easy-to-use and just as abundant feature set as the previous host.
