As a reseller, I need support to be very responsive, and CrocWeb is consistently very quick and effective. The only things that could be improved are:

- Switching their billing from USD to CAD, given the current (as of this review) exchange conversion rate.
- Ability to whitelist outbound emails that end up quarantined in error by their SPAM filters in a self-service manner.
- Ability to whitelist IP addresses that end up blocked by their firewalls in a self-service manner.
