FullHost has always given us fantastic, above and beyond web hosting tech support, even though we are just a small non-profit Food Producer Co-op for the Southern Gulf Islands. This has primarily been when we probably broke our own WordPress site! (I don’t think any problems have ever come from FullHost). big thanks from the Gulf Islands Food Co-op!

Made the migration to FullHost and I'm incredibly happy so far. Working with Support Engineer Ole who was incredibly helpful, quick and friendly. I've worked with other hosts over a few decades and this has by far been the biggest improvement. Pretty happy with the pricing and very happy with the service.

After experiencing ongoing frustration with my previous hosting provider—frequent server downtime, intermittent access, and poor performance—I was ready for a change. The migration process was unexpectedly smooth, despite initial challenges. Our previous hosting provider went down for nearly two days due to "emergency maintenance," making it impossible to begin the migration right away. As soon as we got access, FullControl acted immediately to transfer everything before the old server went down again. In less than two hours, we were fully migrated and up and running on FullControl’s servers.

I was genuinely surprised and impressed by how seamless the transition was. After two weeks of server instability, our organization was relieved and pleased to finally have a reliable system in place. Once the migration was complete, they even reminded me to cancel the old hosting service after a 12-hour buffer period—demonstrating their attention to detail and care.

FullHost has been my go-to for web needs since 2018 and I haven't looked around for any alternatives. It's truly a great service and you can tell that the team behind it care a lot. Any time I need help with installing a perl module, for example, they help me right away. I definitely recommend for anyone who wants solid hosting.

I'm a freelance web designer and I've been working with Fullhost for my clients for about 9 years now. Without a doubt they are the best hosting company I've ever worked with. Their customer support is knowledgeable and professional. You'll never get a "copy and paste" reply to your questions here.
They have plans that are suited to my small clients as well as larger and more complex websites. They are honest about how much is included in each plan especially CPU.

This was my third time migrating my website and emails to a new provider. With the previous providers I had to handle most of the migration myself, and it was a lot of work. With FullHost I barely lifted a finger, and it was the most seamless process I have ever experienced.

Excellent so far, running a single VPS hosting several websites.

The Sales Team (first) and the Support Team (next) at FullHost have been nothing short of spectacular...I cannot recommend them highly enough. First, they provided enough info for me to understand what services my VPS would require and how it would be secured. They then did that and I ran the VPS for a couple of months...and wanted some changes.

The Support Team (mostly Ole) was SO helpful in not only setting the changes up, but then tweaking the entire setup to allow split-tunnel VPN in EXACTLY the way I wanted.

System is flawless, fast and entirely painless ... and ALL CANADIAN to boot...particularly important now.

I’ve been really impressed with Fullhost. The level of communication and care they provide is something I wasn’t expecting from a hosting company. They’re based in Canada, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients. The support team is always quick to respond, and they really take the time to understand what I need. I haven't a clue who does what here. I don't want to know either. CP, Full Host, Webmail, and whatever else comes up. Someone set up my website and arranged it to have email through one of these entities. This person left the scene. I'm not in my field of expertise. But really? Can't you get one entity for clients to deal with? Plus over a month ago I made sure the renewal was done so when I leave for vacation nothing's amiss. I got yet another invoice for something else at the last minute to add confusion thinking all was clear! Either little honky me is too small for you all or I have a point.

Had an account here for years and years. Currently running 2 accounts, reseller and one of their robust server instances. Just simply the best without question. Value for money? Yup! Amazing customer service? Absolutely! I will never change.

We got a Managed VPS from FullHost, and they helped us set it up, transfer more than 1 TB of data from the old server to the new one, replicated all sorts of customizations that we had done on the old server, and basically helped us migrate a rather complicated setup to a new environment completely hassle-free. The technician assigned to our case was extremely responsive and knowledgable.
I highly recommend them to anybody who's looking for excellent service.
