I placed an order for a head unit and facia kit for my car that cost me $689!! Driveitech sent me the incorrect head unit and facia kit for my car and when I tried to contact them to arrange an exchange via email my emails suddenly weren’t going through after having previously had no issues contacting them through the exact same email in the past. There was no contact number or alternative contact details listed so I was forced to reach them through their Facebook page. After a tedious back and forth through Facebook messenger with them trying to gear me towards an exchange, they purposefully avoided providing me with a return shipping address!! Furthermore, they then stopped replying to my messages all together to arrange a return for a refund!! I am left with an incorrect head unit and facia kit and out of pocket $689 with NO address to return the item and NO REFUND! I followed their return’s procedure as stated on their website to the letter and they are refusing to fix thier error and contact me at all!!!! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! Do NOT buy from this company because they will not facilitate a return or exchange at all!!

I purchased a 10Gb QM2-2P10G1TB for my QNAP NAs. The item arrived as described and it came much sooner than I had been advised, which is always great. On top of that iTech pricing was at least 5% cheaper than anywhere else and in some cases, it was 20% cheaper when compared to other reputable stores. Based on this experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will always check their pricing before going anywhere else. :-)

I bought a pair of JBL BT NC headphones, at a cheaper price than anywhere else. Delivery was fast, and the product is exactly as described.

It is I-Tech, they never seem to much put a foot wrong. They sell and back quality products that i have been buying from them at great prices for years.

purchased goods that were listed as in stock, refused to supply after a month then said goods are on back order and then said might come in next month. refuses to refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Bought 2 Belkin USB-C 14 port Docking Stations with power supply. Great experience dealing with I-Tech for the first time. Timely delivery and good communication.

Always good to deal with so it’s no surprise that I’m a repeat customer. Great products delivered quickly. This time it was the Samsung T7 2TB USB-C drive that is working perfectly.

Look honestly, for the price (you get exactly what you need) but be patient (to get prices like this no other competitor can go close to matching) don’t get upset should the estimated ETA blow out to the longer period 2-4 weeks. Mine arrived 4 weeks to the day it was purchased. Itech do send email updates and almost as instant as the purchase being made and it was nice to get these almost on a daily (reassurance) basis. Don’t get upset with the telephone customer service option either (is say itech will soon have that option to contact them fixed at some point) and so if you want to save serious dollars (truely) don’t pass itech (same expensive item for nearly $1000.00AUD less than any EcoFlow retailer options (inevitably, if you do the maths) you do not save buying this gear from a usual shop (unless it’s from itech) because (I found) * just to have the convenience of having stock ‘ready to go’ WILL COST YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU SAVE (if you want the product without the wait then pay the nearly $1000.00 usual retailers charge (yet are never able to beat itech’s prices) SAVE SAVE SAVE BUY FROM ITECH

Also (tip) by not using your Paypal & utilising the bank method of transfer (SAVE more again at checkout!)

It’s another saving on top of the blistering low price (RE EcoFlow Delta pro) & who could argue with the very low postage fee and professional delivery company itech do select to use (be prepared to have a trolly and assist delivery staff when your purchase arrives)
