Itech are one of the best I.T. suppliers in Australia. I'm very happy with my purchase of a usbC to esata cable. It works exactly as I had hoped. Thanks to I Tech for getting this hard to find product out to me.

Bought a gift for my partner's birthday (about $400) to find out he had already purchased it for himself. I-Tech refused my requests to return despite the product still being in its postal packaging, unopened. Tax Invoice inside the packaging. Absolutely outrageous. Will never go back to these people again.

i-Tech online have been incredibly unhelpful in processing a return for us. An expensive gift was purchased but prior to it being gifted to the recipient, they ended up purchasing it themselves. They refuse to be of any help despite the item being popular and able to be resold without any issue. They have no regard for customer satisfaction, or customer circumstances. They make up rules that don't exist anywhere on their website and clearly don't value repeat customers. ACCC complaint filed and they are being investigated.

If you're looking at the website and have gut feeling that it looks dodgy, you're intuition is correct. Do yourself a favour and avoid avoid avoid.

I Tech has been one of my trusted on line suppliers for many years. Their products are always top class.

Delivery is often offered free of charge with their specials. They deliver quickly and on the one occasion I had, to return a product, it was done professionally and courteously.

Have dealt with company now for a number of years. Good, after sales support on the rare occasion it was needed.

I found the product I wanted on the i-Tech websites, checked the price (including shipping) against other websites, and found i-Tech to have the best price. Purchasing the item was straightforward, delivery was fast, and the product arrived in great shape. That's what make a happy customer.

Search and found them to be reliable. Ordered on Monday, received on Tuesday night. couldn't get better than that.

A few minutes after buying a motherboard I received an email saying that my order was on a back order and would not arrive for an extra month than advertised. only a few days before the new arrival day I received another email that the order had AGAIN been placed on back order and wouldn't arrive for another month. There was no warning on the page that the item wasn't in stock or some other issue, if there had been I would have known to look elsewhere.

I bought some memory off I-Tech and at the start the service was terrific but when I realised that I couldn't use the memory thats when I was not impressed. I emailed them after calling and they got back to me and said that I would have to get a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee then I emailed them back again and said no i want my money back and they insisted on there 20% restocking fee so I am not going to put it into a friends laptop and he is paying me. I won't be using them again. I am not paying over 20.00 to put a item on a shelf and a line on the computer. What a rip off

Bought a USB drive from their specials. Shipped from i-Tech promptly and the value for money was great. Recommended it to a few friends who then also bought them too.
