These guys are great. Can't recommend them enough.

Great service and great products, with really quick delivery

Amazing shop! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The owner went above and beyond to help me with my enquiry and make the right purchase. Huge range of excellent products and rapid delivery. I highly recommend Ice head shop 10/10

I have bought a few things from here. I naver had a problem until last week. Two items were missing from mr order and they sent me an additional item that I didn't order.

I contacted them over the weekend. They emailed me today and offered to send me the missing items. I mentioned that they gave me 1 extra item that I didn't order and told them that they could just send 1 of the missing items. They said They would send me the missing items and they let me keep the extra item.

This is great customer service. Prompt, effective, kind and generous. They take ownsership of their mistakes.

I really need a good experience. Things are pretty bad for me every day. Many thanks.

Fast delivery, good ideals and pretty good smoke .. I would definitely recommend to people looking to buy cbd online. Would give 10 /10

Five star all the way from customer service "outstanding " to product quality, highly recommended

Delivery time = 10/10

Couldn't of asked for a better service.
Customer for life.

I ordered a vova dry herb vaporizer which is not working correctly and barely releasing any smoke even though i followed the included instructions exact. I would not recomend wasting money on this product.

Massive selection of products, super fast delivery and easy to order. I was shocked at how fast they process and sent my order considering the huge catalogue they have. This is the best head shop I've bought from and would definitely recommend.

Pleasantly pleased will definitely order again

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with products. Shipping was fast and good but found the listings for the energy powders as bit misleading, you just used the chemical words for caffeine. I should have googled the ingredients perhaps before I purchased but the listing should also have been more transparent I had known that It was have caffeine power I may as well have brought pro plus and crushed and snorted it. products were disappointing and didn't actually do anything.

Amazing products and amazing customer service!! Absolutely recommend.

A relatively new customer, have shopped there a few times but now my only source of natural CBD products. Great selection to choose, knowledgeable help, great service and quick delivery. Shall be recommending to friends and colleagues. 👌🏼

a great company with great products and with speedy delivery too.

I tried to order cbd hash...order got declined...but gave me an option for bank transfer...silly me did the bank transfer...emailed them 7 times to no avail...rang both numbers they advertise no answer...whet on the chat page still no reply...im now 38 pounds down with no product on its way...give this company a wide birth its a con...this company needs naming and shaming...absolutely fuming!!!

Great selection. Everything I like and have ordered before is always on the 3 for 2 offer. Bargain! And great quality products. Order often! :)

Maybe use another delivery service 1st time I ordered I had to go to the post office to get it no code on the leaflet no address nothing at the sorting office couldn’t find it 2nd time of ordering ment to be delivered even had an email from Royal Mail date and time waited in all day nothing so chasing my parcel it may be tomorrow I waited in all day you need a new delivery service can’t write a review about products as they havnt turned up yet

I received a couple of dead seeds and when I wrang they replaced the whole lot there and then and they came the next day.
Brilliant customer service 👏

I've never had an issue apart from now, I didn't receive everything I ordered! It always says they are busy and their lines are closed even though it's mon-fri 10-4... filled a form thing out twice and no one has got back to me!!! Won't be buying from you again!!
