IgluSki Reviews

Ben was extremely well informed and went out of his way to ensure we got the room we wanted.

Jack came through for the third time this year. Gave him my parameters for 5 people skiing in France and within a couple of days he had found the ideal accommodation in a great resort with flights and transfers.

Great to be able to actually talk to a person without going through several menus, music, etc and who was helpful, listened to what we wanted, picked up details from a booking 2 years ago …just totally efficient yet personal. As good as our previous experience with IgluSki with unbeatable prices too

did all the selection for me, saving me from hours of trawlling through websites.

Iwan was so helpful throughout my many questions & queries, thanks to his patience & prompt replies we got there in the end & are so looking forward to our ski holiday next year!

I accidentally booked for 2028 instead of 2027 and they picked up on this phoned to check and sorted out my mistake very quickly

Website is rather confusing...even after using it for many years. But staff helpful on phone.

Adam was very helpful in helping me to make our holiday booking.

Jack Denn from Iglu Ski has been so helpful in booking our skiing holiday which we are really looking forward to! Absolutely brilliant service. His turnaround time was so quick he answered all our questions and has been able to book us a great holiday. Thank you so much, Jack.

No messing around, I had all the information for me to make a decition in 10 minutes.

Easy process and knowledgable and helpful staff

Lovely to speak to Jack. Was very helpful and got our holiday booked promptly

Our enquiry was dealt with efficiently. Information given was clear. Price was competitive. We were reassured to be asked about allergies, as we have children with serious allergies. We were not pressurised when we needed a little more thinking time.

Paul from Iglu Ski was amazing!! He managed to find the perfect ski holiday for me and my family in super quick time. Answering the many questions i had and ensuring that the booking was completed smoothly. Great service! I will definitely be using Iglu Ski again for any future ski holidays.

Brilliant very good and knowledgeable

Great service and support from Iglu in booking our 2027 skiing holiday. It's not easy finding the right location that's affordable for a family group. Thankyou Ciaran.
