We had a great booking experience with freedom destinations. Charlie was our consultant, and he was great. He talked to us about everything we wanted from our holiday and came back 2 days later with 2 bespoke options for us to choose from. Both options were amazing, and it was hard to pick the best one. Can't wait to go on holiday to Canada now. Would definitely recommend.

We are in the booking stage for a trip to New Zealand in early 2027. The experience so far has been excellent - Kate has looked after us extremely well. She has provided helpful advice, adjusted our itinerary as necessary and communicated extremely well about options. She has shared in our excitement about the holiday - whilst we still have to go on the holiday the work Kate has done has set us up for a great trip

The consultant, Kate, listened to what I wanted and then made a few suggestions. Once we had a general plan she was excellent accepting some tweaks - nothing was too much trouble.

Staff were very good and patient, especially when we wanted to alter and adjust our plans. However as Molly went on leave their was a little bit of missed communication, but that was easily fixed.

Caroline has a real passion for where we wanted to go on West Canada, and she was able to refer to her own experiences to give clear information and advice. The itinerary she created looks amazing and we are so excited about our 2027 summer holiday now! Thank you

Our consultant Amber was very good and provided with we requested. We have used freedom destinations before and this is the reason we have used them again . Nothing is too much trouble for them , would highly recommend.

Briony took her time to listen to me and made some suggestions then came up with what looks to be a perfect itinerary. The whole process has been very smooth.

Excellent customer service - Neelam whom I dealt with was informative and so patient with my changes of mind and requests for detail - which were many - very satisfied with the service, hopefully will be the case after the hol ☺️

James was great, very attentive and very knowledgeable!

Really prompt in replying to our request and were able to put a bespoke package together that met our needs, and recommend some (hopefully) great excursions.

Haven’t been on the holiday yet, but Kate has been a dream to work with for the planning!!

Holiday consultant asked about our ideas . Consultant was knowledgable . Happy to give us quotes for two holiday plans . No " hard sell" which we appreciated . We were given time to discuss the holiday plans before making our decisions .
