It was great to have one person who dealt with our queries and booking, helping to personalise our trip. Tricia was friendly and so helpful, making the process very easy.

The whole experience from the first phone call and quite a few more calls from us changing our minds/ things for our New Zeland trip, was polite, professional, helpful and responses and quotes were updated promptly.
Information provided by the agent regarding some of the small details was very useful e.g one way drop off fees, road tax per kilometer charges etc. These were not highlighted by others.
The price was very competitive, and saved us a good amount against similar quotes.
Abbie was amazing.

Freedom Destinations, genuinely organised the trip of a lifetime. Our travel consultant, Sam, really understood what we wanted and what would suit us the most. She organised everything, flights, hotels, trains, private transfers and excursions. We had such an amazing holiday and it was all so simple, smooth running and stress free. Amazing service!

Absolutely outstanding service! Due to circumstances completely beyond the airline’s control, my domestic Kenyan flight was significantly delayed and I was at serious risk of missing an international connection. The team went above and beyond to help, doing everything they could to make sure I reached my connection just in time. Their kindness, dedication and willingness to find a solution were truly exceptional. It’s easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but this team really showed what great customer service means when things didn’t. Very grateful and highly recommended!

Having a single point of contact who was up to date on our planned trip to Canada was great. Freedom communicated really well, which is so important, they also included the extras we wanted whilst at the same time offering good advice.

I gave 4 companies the brief for our trip to New Zealand. Marie from Freedom came back with the most thorough suggestions tailored to our preferences. She then was able with personal experience improve on what we regarded as just what we wanted and enhanced what we hope will be a trip of a life time even more.

We have booked a Masai Mara safari and Mombasa beach holiday for February next year.
