I don't usually write reviews but...faultless
I rarely write detailed reviews but felt compelled to do so. This was the first time I had ever used a dedicated agent to arrange a multicentre trip for a group of four. I can say with 100% confidence that I wouldn't hesitate to use Hayes and Jarvis again. The experience from first contact to last was faultless.
First contact was with Bethany C, she called and established what the purpose of the trip was, where we wanted to go, what we wanted to see and do, and who was going. Within 48 hours she had put together two potential itenaries with various "options" for our multi centre USA trip. She presented them back to us via a video call, and nailed everything (from flight and hotel options, to car hire, recomended days in each location, and organised excursions). All costed and incredible value for money.
Last contact was with Karol S, who contacted us several weeks before our departure to confirm our booking references and provided confirmed booking vouchers for the entire trip (flights, hotels, car hire, excursions). She remained our contact throughout the trip and checked in regularly (via a WhatsApp group she set up for us for us) to see everything was going to plan and remind us what was next of the itenary. She was a star from star throughout.
Suffice to say everything went to plan, it was truly faultless. We have memories for a lifetime.
If you are thinking about H&J but unsure, just do it. H&J know how to pit dream trips together.

Honeymoon adventure of a lifetime.
We booked our honeymoon through Hayes & Jarvis after recently getting married in August 2026. We originally booked our honeymoon in August 2025, after doing a lot of research into finding something that combined both safari and relaxation. We eventually decided on Kenya whereby we went to the Maasai Mara and then Chale Island and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice.
During the booking process, we had a couple of consultations with Tayla, who showed us presentations, different destinations and a variety of packages that fitted within our budget. We were looking for something intimate and personal for our honeymoon that would make the experience feel extra special — and that is exactly what we got.
Tayla was incredibly helpful and understood exactly what we were looking for. She was also very quick at responding to any questions we had. Once everything was booked, we were handed over to our travel coordinator in Kenya, Cyprian.
One of the best things about booking through Hayes & Jarvis was how organised everything was for us. All of our internal flights, airport transfers and taxis were arranged in advance, so we didn’t have to worry about how we were getting from one place to another. Everything ran smoothly, and we always knew where we needed to be and who would be collecting us. This made the whole trip feel completely stress-free and allowed us to relax and enjoy our honeymoon without having to organise anything ourselves.
The only minor issue we had was when we arrived at Chale Island with our room. From the images we had been shown by Tayla when booking our honeymoon, we were under the impression that we had booked an Ocean View Banda. We contacted our coordinator, Cyprian, who initially advised that we were in the correct room. However, we felt that we had been misinformed by the images we had been shown during the booking process, which was disappointing.
Cyprian liaised with Hayes & Jarvis regarding this and, thankfully, the issue was resolved. We were upgraded to an Ocean View Banda the following day. Cyprian was extremely efficient in resolving the situation, and we are very grateful for his assistance.
Overall, we had an incredible honeymoon and would absolutely book with Hayes & Jarvis again.
Tayla was fantastic during the initial booking process and really listened to what we wanted from our honeymoon.
The only disappointment we had with Hayes & Jarvis was that when we emailed to raise our concerns about the room situation at Chale Island, we didn’t receive a response. Thankfully, Cyprian stepped in and resolved the issue for us, and we are extremely grateful that he did.
Our one piece of feedback for Hayes & Jarvis would be to ensure that the images shown to customers during the booking process accurately represent the room they are actually booking. Being shown images that led us to believe we had booked an Ocean View Banda caused some initial disappointment when we arrived.
Despite this, we would still highly recommend Hayes & Jarvis. Our honeymoon was genuinely unforgettable, from the incredible safari and the wonderful staff at Saruni Leopard Hill to the beautiful surroundings and relaxation of Chale Island.
A huge thank you to Tayla, Cyprian, Edward, William, Andrew and all of the wonderful people who made our honeymoon so special. It is an experience we will never forget.

Looking forward to another great trip with Hayes & Jarvis
We had a wonderful trip to Sri Lanka with Hayes & Jarvis a couple of years ago, so when we found ourselves with a BA Rewards flight that we needed to use within the next couple of weeks, Hayes & Jarvis was the first place we thought of.
We phoned Carys and asked if she could give us some ideas. What she came back with was absolutely fantastic — a wonderful trip to Singapore and Bali, with some gorgeous hotels and a really exciting itinerary.
To be honest, we were only expecting some suggestions and had no idea we'd be booking a whole trip so quickly! But within 24 hours, Carys had organised everything for us. She listened to what we wanted, came up with some brilliant ideas and made the whole process incredibly easy and enjoyable.
We are now just keeping our fingers crossed that there is room at all the lovely hotels she recommended!
We honestly can't recommend Hayes & Jarvis highly enough, and Carys in particular has been fantastic. It's so nice to deal with someone who clearly knows her stuff, understands what you want and genuinely seems to care about putting together a great holiday. We can't wait for our trip!
