I always feel that booking my holiday with Hayes and Jarvis is a stress free experience, all your staff are happy to help and advise. Which is great.
Myself and my husband are vegan so we want to know that we will be catered for on the island. Hayes and Jarvis tour of Japan 2027
Hayes and Jarvis arranged a tour to Japan in 2025, which went smoothly baring a few unforeseen hiccups along the way. We are planning to visit Japan again in 2017, and we are using Chris Cook the same H&J personal travel consultant again to plan this trip.
Planning a tour to multiple destinations can be stressful but Chris has made it as painless as possible. Always helpful, always available, always understanding of our needs.
We are hoping that next years tour is as memorable as last years.

Quality service and a well-organised holiday
In the past I would have always booked holidays myself, but decided this time to book through Hayes & Jarvis as they were offering a sample itinerary to New Zealand which was very close to what we were looking for, and I'm glad that I did. We spoke to Andy Finlay who expertly took us through the options and planning for the holiday, offering choices of hotels and excursions at each stop off on the route, while tailoring the itinerary to our specific requirements, which took a few meetings to finalise. There is no doubt that thanks to Andy's hands-on knowledge of the area we ended up going to places that we wouldn't have considered had we planned it ourselves, and our holiday therefore benefitted greatly as a result. The bookings for all the flights, hotels, transfers and activities were done perfectly (and there were a lot of them) so we didn't have any issues while on the trip, but we felt reassured that our Trip Coordinator Shagufta would have been available had anything untoward occurred. Many thanks to Andy, Shagufta and the team at Hayes & Jarvis for a terrific holiday.

Seamless experience - highly recommend!
We've used Hayes & Jarvis on a couple of occasions, but more recently to help us organise a trip to Japan in 2026. Our Travel Consultant, Jazmine, was BEYOND stellar in her knowledge of the country itself, but also in her customer service and help as we worked to finalise the details of our trip. She provided consistent & timeline updates when needed, and was always open and willing to discuss any questions that we had. We were initially very daunted by the prospect of organising a trip to such a culturally rich place, and Jazmine was able to weave the things we wanted from the trip seamlessly, and removed the overwhelm wherever she could.
I will definitely be using Hayes & Jarvis again for any future trips, but if you're thinking about heading to Japan and don't know where to start, H&J is your best bet!

After explaining everything I hoped for our trip to South Africa, Jane came back with a detailed itinerary and recommendations. Amazing trip
Our trip was fabulous because there was enough time spent planning the trip initially so that it was perfect for us. Then the trip coordinator who is there to help when you are on the ground was great as they keep you up to date with things and sort out any problems before they become an issue. Both Beth and Miriam were outstanding at making this an amazing trip. Added to this were the trips we did with amazing guides that were so interesting making everything come to life, whether it was Chichen Itza, walking tours of Merida or food and drink tours in Oaxaca. It was perfect and then to go back to lovely small boutique hotels was perfect!

Use Hayes & Jarvis - they can do more than you could book yourself.
In these days of being able to book and plan things online oneself, it seems odd to use an agency. But Hayes & Jarvis took all the stress and effort out of it and they can add benefits and travel aids no individual could do. I even suspect using H&J made the whole trip cheaper because they can find ways to get top service for less than private bookers. I am now a fan of their service, holiday arrangements and helpfulness even during the holiday itself.
