Helpful staff and Tayla the travel consultant dealt with provided initial options/choices for our Kenyan safai/ beach holiday and was happy to keep altering the itinerary until it was exactly what we wanted. All questions were responded to really promptly and I would not hesitate to recommend both Tayla and Hayes and Jarvis

So easy to travel from place to place by train and coach. A memorable, well-organised, trip to Central Asia
Travelling with Hayes and Jarvis to Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan has been marvellous. The organisation of this two week trip was highly professional and gave us time to see everything we wanted with extremely good guides, staying in very good accommodation with good transportation between locations. We felt our guides went out of their way to show us the beautiful architecture as well as sharing something of their own lives with us.

USA family tour
We have never used a company to plan a holiday like this before and we couldn’t be more happy. We needed to have a really well planned trip so that all our family needs were met. Our holiday to Borneo was cancelled…
Our holiday to Borneo was cancelled recently because we were travelling via the middle east. Matt Doidge worked hard to find us alternative dates and a different route, at all stages Hayes & Jarvis were professional, helpful and we really felt they were doing their very best to get us on holiday despite the fact the issues were outside of their control. Our original holiday Cancellation
Our original holiday was going to be cancelled due to the middle east conflict, so we decided to change the dates, which were also subsequently going to be cancelled. We therefore decided to defer the holiday to Feb 27. Throughout all of the e-mails/dialogue and other discussions, Chris Cook was brilliant, providing first class advice and offering suitable alternative suggestions for our consideration.
