The holiday we booked was such an important 'Bucket list' holiday and Freedom Destinations planned the trip to perfection! From start to finish, experiences, transfers, places we stayed, it was all fabulous! So good that we returned and contacted them again to book another experience holiday for next year :-)

This is the second time that I have used Freedom Destinations for that special holiday. I had been impressed with their courteous customised service previously and had no hesitation in using them again.
Our holiday quote was prepared speedily and discussed carefully with us over the phone. Once agreed and deposit paid, our supporting documents arrived readily. Fortunately the payments are spread over the period up to our holiday making the whole process more manageable. A first class service. We’ll use them again !

Excellent service

Our travel consultant Jadie was professional and knowledgable. After an initial discussion outlining our plans she was able to pull together an itinerary for New Zealand with lots of really good suggestions for us to consider and tinker with, two more conversations and we had the 6 week trip booked. Jadie took away the stress of trying to plan such a big trip ourselves. Happy to recommend.

Our second booking began with high expectations given our previous experience with the company, but the initial quote came back £4000 over our stated budget, suggesting our specifications hadn’t been fully considered. Although the agent later provided a corrected quote and clear timelines, the subsequent shift to large, short‑notice payments created unnecessary doubt. All interactions were polite, but the back‑and‑forth felt avoidable and these niggles ultimately marred what should have been a straightforward repeat booking. We are pleased the booking is now resolved and look forward to our vacation.

I had quotes from 5 different companies but went with Freedom Destinations mainly because of Maritha. She was so friendly, professional and helpful. Every question I asked her was answered clearly and fully, not just one quick sentence like the others (or not at all like some). I had complete confidence in her advice and help.
