Nothing is too much for them

freedom destinations were very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process understanding your needs and translating it into a tailormade holiday very impressive really. have used trailfinders who were unhelpful,didnt listen and were irritated by my lack of knowledge.

Alice Morris who dealt with our holiday was very helpful sorting out our requirements and booking was very easy

Friendly, professional, with good communication and knowledgeable. The initial conversation involved asking whether we preferred any specific airlines or routes, and type/class of hotels or chains of hotels, which we do so it shows their flexibility when planning a multi city tour.
From the initial enquiry of getting a cost for flights, hotels, transfer, tours etc. we eventually only booked transfers and tours as being seasoned independent travellers we're confident in managing the rest. There was no quibble with this and pleased with the costs.
