They have specialists for the zone you wish to travel to and if you wish can compile a bespoke holiday just for you, multi centre too if you wish. They’ll even set up transfers, tours and excursions too. Very easy to contact and I’m very impressed that they not only choose quality hotels at the level you ask for, they get you decent rooms too. I contacted Freedom after our holiday was cancelled one hour before boarding our flight to South Africa. Neelam was sympathetic to our situation and spent a lot of time looking at very last minute options for a new trip. I can't rate Neelam highly enough, she was wonderful, took time to listen to us, looking at various options and making last minute adjustments to our itinerary. Our holiday is back on thanks to Neelam at Freedom, and the whole booking process was easy and stress free with clear information and helpful guidance on everything. Since booking I have contacted Neelam with lots of questions, all of which have been answered promptly and clearly. If the trip goes as smoothly as the booking process we will be very happy.

Right from the first conversation Megan knew exactly what we wanted . Megan put together a wonderful package and took the hard work out of planning a holiday. Completed an online enquiry for a self drive camper van trip to NZ, Received a call back from Jadie who was very polite and helpful, discussed the length of trip 4 weeks in NZ with a stopover in Bali on way home along with dates we would like to travel, Jadie contacted me following day with an itinerary and quote and talked me through it, I contacted Jadie by phone and email over next 3-4 days to fine tune the itinerary and to make some flight changes and Jadie was very helpful and prompt in all my requests and provided me with the perfect itinerary, the booking process was clear and easy and we received the paperwork quickly. Both Jadie and the admin team were extremely helpful and supportive.
The website also provides lots of useful information to help you plan your holiday, I would definitely use Freedom Destinations again and recommend them to anyone.
