It is so lovely to deal with a company [Gallaghers]that took an interest in the insurance needs of a small rural community hall. Kenny Takekawa went above and beyond - working while on leave - to get the Kerrie Hall its insurance cover it needed. Elijah from Gallagher really pulled out…
Elijah from Gallagher really pulled out all the stops to help me with an urgent insurance policy! I called so many different companies for quotes and half of them never called me back and dismissed me because I am a small fry (sole trader running a small business) Elijah was so helpful and answered so many questions for me, and really did everything he could to get my public liability and public indemnity activated from the first day! Also Gallagher was the only company that had policies specifically worded for graphic designers and creatives – the other companies I spoke to barely knew anything about this topic and their policies would not cover me for any issues relating directly to this field! Blown away by the customer service.

AJG was so easy to deal with
AJG was so easy to deal with, I had my insurance quoted and invoiced within 1 day. We also needed to revise the coverage a few days later and had that done within the day as well! Very happy with the quick and super friendly customer service!

Stuart
Stuart - is a gun. Gave a price up front. Didn't waiver from that price because he had full knowledge of all aspects that would affect the quote. Waited weeks with other Brokers/Insurers. Also was best priced even in spite of other brokers/insurers having weeks to give quotes.
Give him a call if you need a Construction Insurance/Owner Build Insurance you wont be disappointed. Picks up every time and gets you the answer you need.

Finally, insurance isn't a headache to Manage!
After trying to deal with RACV and others, Gallagher was a breath of fresh air.
Great Communication, speedy replies and the feeling that they want to look after you and your needs, and not just take your money!

i was insured with Imar for a few years…
i was insured with Imar for a few years never made a claim then in January they automatically renewed mi insurance which was fine but also took out there commission total $333 i wasn't happy so called them and they said it was an automatic thing that they weren't responsible for so i cancelled my policy and am still waiting from the 8 Feb for refund they dont answer my emails or return my calls
