An excellent service
An excellent service. The iMend technician arrived within his alloted 1 hour time slot and dealt with the repairs required (a replacement screen and battery for an iphone 6s) very quickly and competently. A very convenient and cost effective way to get one's 'phone repairs dealt with.

Great service
Great service. Fast and efficient and good value. My Samsung tablet died on me at only 18 months old. I posted it to iMend on Saturday for a review. They diagnosed the problem by Tuesday and had it back to me on Thursday - good as new. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Poor after service customer care
Screen repair was done to satisfaction. I also paid £10 for screen protector. When it arrived the screen protector was lifting on the corners. I contacted them for a replacement. Very poor follow up customer service. It took several weeks and repeated phone calls and emails to get this rectified.

Whilst I have used 4 times previously…
Whilst I have used 4 times previously and rated 5 star, this time was not a great experience. I had 2 iPhone 7+ screens replaced via their at home/office service. The experience from the point of placing the order for repair up to getting the 2 phones repaired was a good one. Unfortunately, 8 hours later, 1 of the screens that was replaced went faulty with an unrelated problem. I followed up with iMend leaving a voice mail and sending an email. 3 days later I had to call iMend having not been contacted by them. The technician was very professional and a very pleasant chap. The same technician returned to repair the phone at a time convenient to me. On the day he returned, he was unfortunately caught up in the tailback due to an accident closing the A1. He kept me regularly updated. Whilst this experience was somewhat tainted, i would still recommend iMend and will use again if needed. The phone is now repaired and looks like new.

Fantastic Job - Saved my iPhone 6S
When my iPhone wouldn't power up a local store suggested it might be power IC. I took to Apple in the hope of an "official" repair, but they weren't interested, instead pointing me to the new iPhones at £600 and up... not very eco-friendly IMHO.
I was adamant to find a repair shop, and iMend rightly has many thousands of positive reviews. I sent off the phone as per instructions, and after a couple of quick exchanges over phone and chat I was called back by Damien (Senior Technician I believe) iMend had replaced the failed chip and brought my phone back to life.
My phone arrived back today and I'm SO pleased it's back up.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, the engineer (Adrian) came to my work place and repaired my iPhone 6s screen in less than 30 minutes. I paid cash but had the option to pay by card which is very convenient. Adrian was very polite and professional.

Amazing! Booked Sunday evening and received a call at 8:15 asking what time I wanted the engineer to come and fix it, was even asked if I had any other issues with my phone other than the one I originally stated. Done within half and hour with everything working perfectly and fully checked by engineer, amazingly polite and would definitely recommend given the speed, convenience and fair price.
