In & Out Aquatics Reviews

Bought many plants from here. Everything was fine until i ordered 40g of java moss. First batch arrived nearly all broen and dead tho I let that go as so many plants were fine. Then second arrived dead. I showed nasty Nathan a photo clearly showing dark brown moss. It did smell musty tho Nathan said I was a liar basically. Myself nor many have stopped purchasing from here because of Nathan. He teys to cover up his lies like he will here. Im 50 years at rhis game Nathan and your the first yo treat a loyal customer. Your loss as our fish shop starts in November also.

I ordered aquarium plants and cherry shrimp.
Great communication throughout and the plants and shrimp arrived very healthy and strong. The packaging was excellent and arrived much faster than I expected. First class service and I would recommend.

Super quick delivery ordered this item Friday evening and it arrived Tuesday. It is a brilliant kit supplied with quality plants and everything you need to create an ecosystem. It is very easy to set up, instructions are included in the kit and Nathan was really helpful regarding my questions on adding shrimps once the system is fully cycled.
I would highly recommend this item and seller.

Couldn’t fault service! Fantastic. Placed order on Saturday and was in contact the next day, to organise a local delivery. Shrimp are great quality - far exceeding that found in local aquatic centres, and the price undercuts shops also - even including postage.
Thanks so much. I’m glad to have you so local to me for any future purchases.

Absolutely fantastic service from day 1! Nathan has helped us through everything. From me just showing interest to getting a new tank and setting it up for us. Nothing has been too much with my constant bombardment of questions. Nathan has been extremely helpful and his knowledge is second to none.
Now to look forward to the next project.
Can not recommend enough.

I recently purchased an Aquagarden Nano, along with some live plants and ornaments, from In & Out Aquatics, and I couldn’t be happier! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful in guiding me through the best options for my setup.

The Aquagarden Nano is fantastic quality and looks amazing, and the plants arrived healthy and vibrant, adding the perfect touch of life to my aquarium. Everything was beautifully packaged and delivered quickly.

You can really tell they care about their customers and the products they sell. I’ll definitely be shopping here again and highly recommend In & Out Aquatics to anyone looking for top-quality aquarium products and brilliant service!

Fast despatch/delivery and healthy plants. I purchased some moss on the mini clay pots, moss balls and Pogostemon in a mini clay pot, these are really cute, the website has a lot of nice decor pieces and a good range of plants at nice prices. Will be buying again in the future.

Excellent company with really lovely products.
Super helpful
Will definitely be using again
