In Demand Toys Reviews

I've been buying from ID toys for years. I always pre-order through them as their prices are always reasonable. Speaking of, keep an eye out for their sales, they provide really generous discounts on a wide range of brands. The customer service is excellent and the team are super friendly, demonstrably so if you ever meet them at a convention.

Fantastic company, used this company for the last 3 years since starting to collect Transformers figures. Prices are brilliant, delivery is usually next day or within 48 hours and preorder system is brilliant! Would recommend!

I have ordered multiple items from them (most recently in December) all at a decent price and all were delivered in good time. I've also been to the store in person and found the staff to be very helpful.

I've been using inDemand for years, they've consistently been the best online toy shop by far, not just for price but also customer service, I could not recommend them enough

Have been ordering from and shopping with IDT for the last 5yrs. Fantastic service every single time and prices are always so competitive and fair. Will always be my first choice when buying something for my collection

I've been buying from In Demand for a few years now and they're the best. Always sent my purchases on time, always packed neatly and securely, and always keep me up to date if there's any changes with release dates or other issues. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, clear pricing policy. Rapid delivery and great communication.
Even have a system to split preorders so if things arrive early part of your order can be sent.
Great to talk to at conventions too

I've ordered from In Demand on numerous occasions. They are extremely reliable and the service is always great. They also post items very quickly and package them carefully. I managed to pick up some Star Wars Black Series figures from them at great prices in their recent sale too! Recommended.

Have used InDemand for years, everything has arrived promptly, packed securely, always pleasant customer service and a good discount scheme for regular customers.

Had one issue in the past where an item was unknowingly damaged, nd they resolved it immediately and to my satisfaction.

Can't recommend enough, great company.

Have always had orders fufilled quickly and in full, always open and honest with any communication

Been shopping with ID Toys for years and I’ve always found them to be efficient and lovely to buy from. They’re great at keeping customers updated on any delays that are out of their hands on preorders, their products always arrive securely packaged, and their customer support is unparalleled in the UK toy collecting space. Highly recommend to any Transformers collector out there!

The team have always delivered on my pre orders and been great with their customer service and support. Had the pleasure of meeting the team a few times at their huge stalls they have at comic conventions all over the UK .Being a UK based company, I have never had issues with postage and delivery times. 10/10. Happy new year to all the team !

In Demand are my first port of call for any action figures and I even check there first if there’s something nerdy outside of the toy market in case they happen to carry that too. Customer service is always fantastic, their range is excellent as is the pricing in what can be an expensive hobby. Absolutely brilliant store: Highly Recommended!

I've been a customer for a while now and the people at ID Toys have always been amazing when it comes to getting stock and when it comes to customer service and care for products or refunds ect. The website is easy access and the team always keeps updates on socials for new stuff or when orders arrive. Genuinely fantastic overall and I'm glad that I'm able to get figures and other items otherwise not as easy to get from Hasbro or other places. So thank you all!

Ordered a figure for a crazy low price in the run up to xmas, and it arrived in perfect condition and well packaged in good time, especially for the time of year. Will definitely be buying more from them in the new year!

Easy preorder process. Order was delivered promptly and well packaged when on stock.

Fantastic service both online and in store. Huge selection of figures at great prices. Absolutely ignore the negative review. I have used this store for several years and have bought items on many occasions with no problems whatsoever.

Excellent company, great service. No problems. Have ordered from them a number of times

I have used In Demand Toys a few times over the years and always find that my items arrive within a few days of ordering and in great condition.

Ordered a Transformer a couple of weeks ago, which was the first time I've bought from them in a couple of years. Order process was smooth, item was well packaged and arrived promptly. I couldn't be happier with the service.
