Infinity Energy Services Reviews

I found the end to end experience with Infinity to be excellent and would highly recommend them private and commercial ....in fact I have done so verbally many times and feedback on thier experience is consistent with mine below.
My planning phase was somewhat protracted due to planning permission, however, both Kathryn and Dan provided guidance and support beyond what I would have expected. Once I was ready to go ahead with the installation the project management team were proactive and communications very clear. In roof solar panels, Tesla storage battery and Zappi charger were all fitted with care and professionalism. Minor issues with product delivery and install were discussed with me (there are always small items that pop up!) and resolved quickly. I still get asked by friends and neighbours about my solution and have no hesitation in passing on Infinity's details.

Massive thanks to Dan and his team for the excellent work in supplying and fitting my solar panels and tesla battery. I cannot thank you guys enough, particularly you Dan, for the help you provided to me before you were even engaged. Top man

We had them fit a zappi charger at our old house so we knew they were good,so when we moved house we got them to fit 18 panels and a Tesla battery.we had no problems and they kept us informed at all times.i would thourally recommend them. All the workers were friendly and polite, and tidied up behind them.

Infinity Energy Services planned, fitted and commissioned solar panels for the roof of our four-storey house. Everything about this company is good, with friendly and responsive office staff, efficient communication and competent and reliable roofers and electricians. The scaffolding was sub-contracted to another high-quality firm, which carried out the work efficiently and on time. Inevitable minor glitches were dealt with quickly and without fuss. It has been a pleasure to encounter such good service in these difficult times. Would recommend Infinity to anyone considering solar panels.

Great system design and flawless installation. Good communication throughout. A very reputable company.

The battery fitted works. We did not like the fact that despite a survey the battery had to be fitted in a different place to the planned spot. Also due to staff illness a previous visit was cancelled with half an hour notice

A totally professional, competent and responsive Company. From initial enquiry through to installation of our PV system, Infinity were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Infinity Energy Services did a great job on installing our solar panels and zappi EV charger. The panels look really nice on our roof and all the elctrical wiring was done very neatly.

We have recently had a 8.7Kwh solar system installed by Infinity. From the outset, when we first started researching solar, Infinity were head and shoulders above the other companies we discussed the project with (and we talked to another 5 companies) Infinity were significantly more knowledgeable, professional and explained even the smallest details in layman's terms so we had a full understanding.
The installation took place on the exact date agreed and the team of roofers and electricians were without doubt the nicest, most professional tradesman we have ever had on site.
Customer aftercare from infinity has been spot on; responsive and efficient when dealing with a few end of project questions.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Infinity for a solar installation.

The installers were polite, conscientious and friendly. They cleared up each evening of the job.

Great service from Gregg and Amanda. After my first poor experience with a different company we were relieved and over the moon. Thank you all.
