The training program helped to gain confidence in PMP and understand the knowledge of project management tools and techniques. The training was very useful for future development of new technologies/projects.

I got to learn more about Project Management. And all the trainers here are very patient and kind enough to clarify all the doubts.

It is very structured approach and flow of the training is very good with constant support

It was a nice practical class by professional sir shailendra. Many live examples and an interactive session

Mentors provided in-depth knowledge on each of the areas covered by them. Recorded sessions are also too good, where-in we can revise the concepts.
Practice tests are framed very well.

The MSP session attended is an interactive session not like general online class. The usage of tools in the MSP has been explained well and had a chance to use most of them and present our workings and discuss about it. The doubts raised by us has been explained in detail relating to PMBOK terminologies. Overall its a good session.
As far as the suggestion is concern, more time required for this session to implement few of the tools especially in "reporting activities"

Training materials made available on exam point of view. Easy to approach in case of any doubts or clarification

This PMP program is useful for personal as well as organizational growth. Especially 5 process groups & 10 knowledge areas are very interesting & we must aware being an professional. Hope this skills based program will bring us to next level.

What to improve:
1. Quality of the coaching team is really good. But few teachers quality to be improved.

Mentoring program for PMP by infocareer is one of the best programs to experience, you follow the team and become PMP in 100 days simple...

About Training Delivery: We had 9 sessions over 9 Days within a period of 5 weeks from 6th May,2023 to 10th June,2023. The training content was well presented by all trainers.

Mistakes for Correction:
1 )On day 5 and Day 6, we had three topics for each day, both the days , the training got extended by 30 mts/45 mts. Already the training is for 4 hrs, so it should not get extended by more than 10-15 mts.

On all other days, i observed mostly training happened within scheduled time or with marginal delay (10-15 mts), which is acceptable.

Kindly take note of it, as it happened on days 5 and 6, the training syllabus should not be heavy, forcing the trainer to extend the training session by more than 15 mts.

Good Things about the training:
1) All the trainers ( Mr.Natarajan , Mr.Subbu, Mr.Lakshmi Shekhar , ) taught the topics well, with practical examples as and when needed.

2) I want to emphasize on the elaborate and exhaustive training content made available on the LMS , " The Road to Project Success " . I really appreciate the variety of course content made available through the LMS- Recorded Videos, Ebooks, Templates, sample Project Documents .

3) The training content made available in various file formats- Videos, Ms-Word, PDF etc are of high quality and they have been well presented.

Areas of improvement :
The training content videos , belong to 2020/ 2021, 2 or 3 yrs old content as compared to current year ( 2023). PMP Exam content is changing frequently , so please ensure the latest content (Atleast 2022 recorded video should be made available) is made available through learning video content.

Please check if it is possible to provided same trainer for all sessions ( say 1 Trainer for Waterfall model, one trainer for Agile model), to maintain continuity and ease of learning for the participants.

Suggestions / Recommendations :

At the end of each subtopic, if trainers can give 10 to 15 mts , solve 3-4 questions about the topic of the day. It would be helpful.

As we are trying to simulate the direct training in our virtual training through MS-Teams, it is recommended that the trainer must keeps his video on and to have a class atmosphere or feel , the students are encouraged to keep their video on.

Please make available 2 case-studies of actual project , one for Waterfall model , one for Agile-model, within the LMS ( Road to Project Success).

All the session were very good. Trainer were experienced and always using examples to explain the topics.

The entire class training was like a mentoring and two way discussion and not simply like a one way lecture. Liked it.
