These guys go above and beyond, so helpful.

If they can help you they will do.

All my prints have been really good and they do what it says on the box..
I'd recommend these guys.
"It all works for me"

It’s a good paper that does the job buy it it works

Software worked perfectly

Very pleased with the Epson Ecotank ET1810 and the excellent customer service I received from Alex and Christian at Inkexperts

I'm getting back into dye sub after more than 15 years. My old printer has been sitting on a shelf all that time. I ordered an ex demo eco tank on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. The refill bottles are a revelation!
My, how things have changed!
Super service so far and I will be back for more ink and supplies.

Always really helpful with all the emails I send them and nothing seems too much trouble

I was working on a project sublimating on ceramic tile and getting truly lousy results. I ran across Ink Experts and was happy to find a set of profiles specifically for my Epson ET printer. I took a chance and purchased a set, installed the one I needed, and the first test I did turned out great. Problem solved. I couldn't be happier with the products and with the company.

Great service

excellent service I ordered a bundle the mug press was unavailable so I was offered a tumbler press with the mug element for no extra cost which has now enabled me to but the tumbler element to sublimate tumblers as I had the right press for this due to the change I am extremely happy with everything

Very happy with their service. Needed help and they were very happy to assist me with my issue

Great service and amazing communication. Very helpful

Have used these chaps for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Always happy to help and their products are reasonably priced.

The company is great I’ve ordered before , I ordered the DTF and designing it I can’t fault they went above and beyond.
The product sadly didn’t deliver it looked red on the print but once pressed was more an orange colour.

I recently discovered Ink Experts while searching for a specific printer. Not only did they have the item I was looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were informative and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and the care they took in packaging my order. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will continue to shop at Ink Experts for all my printer needs.

Used multiple times, always pleasant to deal with, and helpfully with any questions i've had.

Been using them for over a year, very happy with their level of service and quality products

Been using this company for a little while and never been disappointed so happy with every order even when I made a mistake there quick to pick it up and send me a email. Speedy service great customer service will be using for any orders I have and will always recommend

Have purchased many things in the past and they are always very friendly and helpful.
its a shame they don't have a phone number to call but they do reply to email in moments which is amazing.
Thanks for all the help.

Alex was amazing!! My printer wasn't set up correctly and so after working OK initially started playing up. I sent ink experts an email on Sunday and by Monday morning I had a reply. After I gave Alex a hard time, he wasn't phased and calmly and professionally walked me through setting the printer up correctly. I sheepishly apologised for my initial little outburst but Alex was very gracious about it. I did question whether the reviews were accurate, and I can confidently say they are! Highly recommended, I will not go anywhere else for my printing needs (I'm sure Alex will be happy to know this 😂)

Bought the versa & light paper and can't fault it, love the outcome of the prints. Always buy my sublimation paper from here, the team are very helpful too
