Ink Experts Reviews

Alex was amazing!! My printer wasn't set up correctly and so after working OK initially started playing up. I sent ink experts an email on Sunday and by Monday morning I had a reply. After I gave Alex a hard time, he wasn't phased and calmly and professionally walked me through setting the printer up correctly. I sheepishly apologised for my initial little outburst but Alex was very gracious about it. I did question whether the reviews were accurate, and I can confidently say they are! Highly recommended, I will not go anywhere else for my printing needs (I'm sure Alex will be happy to know this 😂)

Bought the versa & light paper and can't fault it, love the outcome of the prints. Always buy my sublimation paper from here, the team are very helpful too

Absolutely amazing service every single time. The Dtf quality is second to non, constantly using inkexperts now

Always a top quality service and the staff are very helpful.

Delivery process was quick. Got it within 2 days. Set up instructions very clear and simple to follow. Have used the printer for multiple projects. Images are crisp and printer is great. Highly recommend.

Given 4 stars as I had to chase the order. Otherwise fine service.

This company always gives me a 1st class service .
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick response

Terrible communication,
Sending out prints without checking the quality so now I need to post them back at my own expense

Easy process to order and fast delivery. Even helpful videos on how to install printer profiles and set up.

I want to express my gratitude to the ink expert team for their speed, responsibility and, last but not least, their competence. I recommend them! Thank you!
5 STARS

These guys are amazing honestly nothing is ever too much for them - I order customer DTF gang sheets multiple times a week and they always go out of their way to deliver. Their lead time is also insanely quick honestly can't fault them. I've also had my mug press from them and other sub bits - my go to guys!

Extremely helpful customer service when i needed help.

As always a five star, these guys are so helpful. They are my goto everytime. Thanks for all your continued help

Great service , fast and reliabale

we received the ink when promised. No fuss purchase.

Ordered custom DTF one day and it arrived the next! Amazed by the service from Ink Experts. There was an issue with the initial images I shared (because I didn't read very clear instructions!) but the team at Ink Experts were super quick and helpful to resolve it for me. Will 100% be shopping with them again in the future.

Massive thanks to Alex. As a new customer to Ink experts, I felt I needed to write this review. What a fantastic customer journey so far. I already know that I will be sticking with this company going forward. So refreshing to receive such brilliant customer service. Thanks again Alex

Great service and fast delivery. The sublimation ink is vibrant and really stands out on the wallets i sublimate, also the sublimation paper is excellent.

Super service, excellent product, super fast postage time

I have used Ink Experts so far for pretty much all of my t-shirt printing needs. Their prices seem to be very competitive as although cheaper heat presses do exist on Amazon, they are not branded and will likely offer little by ways of customer support. Delivery times have been great, even for small items, arriving within 3 days. The products they sell of of high quality and I have had no problems with them so far, thanks to Ink Experts.

Which brings me to the main reason I am writing this review, where I would like to thank their staff for going above and beyond helping me with my new DTF printer. Although I had carried out what I felt was extensive research before my purchase, there was still lots to learn. Ink Experts were incredibly helpful and informative and I would not be at the printing stage that I am now if not for their assistance.

So thank you very much guys, hats off to all of you
