This company has zero customer service and lies about it's cartridge compatibility with Epson Printers, read many other 1 star reviews!!

I purchased replacement inks for an Epson Workforce WF 7830. After installing one cartridge the printer immediately recognised it was non OEM.
When I did a print head test immediately after installing, although the new cartridge showed up as full, no ink for that colour came through at all, it was blank.

After following all the recommended auto cleaning/reinstalling steps, I tried another cartridge from the new pack. Exactly the same happened, it stopped printing that colour.

I did so many print head cleaning cycles all my other inks ran down. It made no difference at all and my printer is inoperable because of it.

Research suggests the new cartridges had caused air bubble blockages that have got into the machine. I tried all the remedial actions but nothing has cured it.

Ink Factory said there was no issue with their compatible inks, they work in with Epson printers blah blah... When I looked at the TrustPilot low star reviews it is obvious they don't work with a lot of Epson Printers and there are many unhappy customers.

Ink Factory finally admitted this in writing but so far have only refunded the cartridge cost for the ones they sold me, meanwhile I have no printer and I lost the remaining cartridges I had purchased elsewhere, ran down by the print head cleaning cycles.

By selling products they know can cause problems and falsely advertising they work fine, Ink Factory.com are ACTIVELY BREAKING UK CONSUMER LAW (Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Protection Act 1987)

After many false promises about paying to fix the machine for me, Ink Factory stopped responding.

They have been reported to Trading Standards who suggested I take them to the small claims court, as after reviewing the evidence, told me Ink Factory were in breach of consumer protection legislation.

Ink Factory ignored the Letter Before Action sent via recorded mail, which they signed for, so now I'm taking them to court for the cost of a replacement machine and genuine Epson inks.

BUYER BEWARE, this company is NOT telling the truth about Epson compatibility and using their products might IRREPARABLY BREAK your printer as I can find no printer maintenance service who will fix it for less than it costs to replace.

This company is NOT helpful if something goes wrong, they have wasted my time, money and now have cost me my printer.

Post script: Ink Factory have been served notice that a claim has been made in the small claims court. They have contacted Trust Pilot to request more information in which to "identify"this review and case. They either have that many ongoing court cases and complaints or it is just another time-wasting stalling exercise...
