I'm with Quote Me Happy car insurance & this company was a suggested company. I spoke on the company on a Thursday & a courtesy car was delivered & my car picked up the next day. Staff were polite & helpful when I rang for updates. I would recommend this company.

Dropped car off for body work repairs following a very efficient in person quotation. Car is now like new. Difficult colour to match but so well done. Finished early and efficiently communicated this. Staff are lovely. Talk you through everything to ensure you are happy with what they propose doing and also the finished result. Highly recommend!

All good with my repair and done in a timely manner. They really helped me out very quickly with a hire car. there was something they said they would do which wasn't done but they corrected this immediately. Communication was excellent and all staff i had contact with were helpful, polite and professional.

i was kept in touch from IRG. they collected and returned my car. they took pictures to prove condition of car and the damage to be repaired.
My car came back to me clean inside and out and smelt nice.
the repair has been done good colour blended well black trim pained from damage.
i do know bodywork well. how its done and i concider a good quality acceptable repair to my car to return to how it was before damage was done by another vehicle.

My vehicle repair took over three months but this was in no circumstance the fault of iRG but was caused by the extreme difficulty in sourcing spare parts from VW. This was particularly so in respect of the ECU.
I have been very impressed by the customer care received, especially in respect of providing regular updates as to progress. Good quality repair.

From start to Finish, I had clear communication and updates from Jamie in the office. On completion of the work I did notice some small bits I wasn’t happy with. My van was booked back in for a few days time once parts had arrived and the work was completed affectively and in a timely manner.

The overall customer service and service was done well, I was kept up to date with all that was happening with my repair. The repair on extra work that was done at my request looks great.

Firstly I cannot complain about the delivery staff they were top tier. Repair wise what an absolute shambles, took to two independent repair shops locally and one described IRG repair as quote: JUNK.

Contacted irg no replies via email so I had to call where i was met with conflict after stating my issues . The rear quarter panel internal frame work was squashed resulting in them pulling the top dent but creating a larger one to the bottom , barn door that was damaged scrapes along the bumper in two places. Soon as I opened the door it’s scratched the new paint work off. The VW badge couldn’t even be stuck back on central to the housing, a blind person would do a better job.

After contacting my insurance the van was booked in for today 8:30 am I’ve left work resulting in more wages lost for irg not to turn up, so I called irg : no courtesy van has arrived at the depot yet, I’ve not been informed and would have been unless I called.

I went with this company as my Insurance use them , please be vigilant when using these guys.

I have various other issues with the engine light and air bag light which was reset and came bk on 50 miles down the road. In all honesty feel like I’m dealing with parliament.

Will update once I know what’s happening as I do not review often but feel the need for this one. I’ll give credit where credit is due and like I said I’m happy to update this if works are corrected.

Staff very polite and helpful, very pleased with the repair and completed very quickly.

From stat to finish, was messed around a few times, the reception is about as helpful as a door stop, not up beat or happy, telephone manner was shocking, they had absolutely no idea of anything, I had no updates, I had to call on a few occasions on the update of my car, first point of call definitely need to have more training, only guy I had good conversation skill was the lovely chap picked my car up and dropped it of was a guy called jimmy he was amazing so polite a credit to your company he dropped it off 17.03.25 fabulous credit to your team, my cursosty car stunk of drirty smelly stunk of cigarettes no fuel in th car, no windscreen washer shocking service
