iRG had my car for repair following a motor accident. As agreed, they collected it from me. I had to ring to confirm that the work was completed as the message I had received from the insurers was unclear, and Jamie was extremely helpful. I arranged to collect the vehicle from them, and they were very accomodating when I had to reschedule.
I am more than pleased with the work that they have done. A first class service all round; thank you.

The repair work has been excellent! I was also called once the initial assessment and replacement parts were ordered too, to give an update of when it was likely to be fixed.
Car was cleaned inside and out - which was an appreciative extra bonus!
Only criticism was that it took nearly a week longer than what they estimated, but you could clearly see they was busy and had alot of jobs to get through.

I am thoroughly delighted with the service I have received from IRG in Pontypridd. My car was collected from my home and taken to IRG in Pontypridd for the repairs to be carried out. The repairs were completed to a fantastic standard. The car was also delivered back to my home after me not being able to drive due to the car accident.
