Worst customer service! I had an order that was canceled last week Oct 2. Eta was 12pm. It took them almost an hour to get someone deliver, the address was specific and apartment number was indicated. The delivery person apparently cant find the apartment for some reason. Order was canceled and I used rewards points with one of the packs. Email from customer service said they will return points to my account in 24-48 hrs. Its Oct 8 now and guess what? Points not yet returned. Considering I order with them about 2-3x a month. No reply from customer service too after 4 emails. Reference order number 2112303084.

Ordered cookies at 7:30 pm. Ordered through Doordash but you can't really track the order. You have to look at Insomnia's app. Showed delivery in 35 minutes. Every time I checked status, the time was pushed out further. At 10pm I canceled the order and had to fight for a refund. The next morning, there were cookies at my door covered in a billion ants. Never again. Not sure when they arrived.. I did not get charged, but had to argue.

My son went here with friends and enjoyed very much. They brought some home ... they are absolutely delicious 😋

Cookies always warm, gooey and amazing tasting cookies. Staff are always friendly and helpful:)

The staff were excellent. The man serving apologised for my wait ( due to needing milk for the coffees) and gave me and my child an additional cookie. Very pleasant and kind will go back.

The 2 star review I've given is generous. I bought a single cookie just to try the place out. Small cookie, as in 2 bites big, for around £2.50. While it was pleasantly warm and gooey, it's not worth the price.

Honestly, if you want something sweet and tasty, go to Restore, a couple of doors down. It'll cost a bit more (I was so annoyed at the tiny size of the cookie and the price, that I went straight to Restore and picked up one of their phenomenal ginger and orange slices for £3.95. It was 2-3 times the size and just as tasty.) I won't bother with Insomnia Cookies again.

The price is not reflective of the quality or quantity. The cookie I ordered was no more than two bites. Wouldn’t eat from here again

The staff is very nice and friendly. The cookies are awesome. The customer service is amazing.

A dozen cookies were ordered. They arrived in a box that would hold two dozen. No packing. All the cookies were broke some to almost crumbs. Not very professional. I did try and contact insomnia on their review page, no luck submitting review

Honestly awful experience. For the cookies themself, they’re delightful (when I could finally get my hands on them).

As for the service, honestly awful. I am more than frustrated at this point with their slow and lack there of response.

I originally ordered for my cookies to never show up. After months of back and forth they finally refunded my money in the form of a voucher. Went to go use my voucher a while after, for it to not work and the full price to come out my account. Cancelled the order, never got the voucher back (which isn’t a voucher, it’s my money?) and never got my money back for the cancelled order either. I’ve emailed so much to not hear anything back and when I phoned up, I was told I’d be forwarded to head office to again not hear anything back. I shouldn’t have to consistently chase you to just get my money back. Please fix your customer service it is genuinley so awful, not your in store staff as they are lovely and amazing people. It’s who ever you got on email customer service or head office level.
