Customer service is not willing to listen. Just wanted me to do everything on online. Price is cheap but not the service. You can’t even clarify much. Although they are part of Sabre, they will ask for your no claim documents again.

Insure2drive have been brilliant in dealing with a claim for me. SX/1022816.
November last year a sweet old lady managed to crash into my parked car outside my house. She came knocking and obviously admitted liability and we exchanged details. Whilst I was looking through my email trying to remember whom I was insured with her insurance called and said they would handle everything. (Not sure if I should name them but I will hastingsdirect).
They came and took my car and arranged a courtesy car so all was good to start. In the interim I found my insurer and let them know about it and that her company said they would sort it all.
Then her insurance company called and said they wouldn't fix the car and offered a cash settlement of a fraction of what the car was worth and would not budge on it.
I instructed insure2drive to handle it. Byt this time the other company had moved my car to Southampton (115 miles away) it had been left with its windows open in the wet and when retrieved back to a nearby garage was all mouldy on the seats.
They fixed the car and paid out the costs, having to go legal to get the other insurer to pay. Tey have finally given in to the indisputable and paid out, so I now get my excess too.
Insure2drive were brilliant throughout.

After receiving a very competitive car insurance quote, I had difficulty getting the policy purchased as my new car was not registered to me until I collect in in 2 weeks. I called insure2drive customer services and got a fast and efficient service where I was able to proceed with buying my insurance. To top that off, I got a refreshed quote which was £30 cheaper from my online quote. Great service and support today. Thanks insure2drive. Very helpful staff, Sam was very understanding of my situation and sorted out my queries proficiently, A bonus was how quickly the phone was answered on all 3 calls when I needed to talk to someone, the price I finally received was very competitive and most acceptable

Generally a good experience in switching but an unfortunate issue when there was a glitch with my no claims proof - a poorly worded email. All sorted now. So far a good insurer.

I found this company on MoneySuperMarket. Very easy to manage to compare prices and different companies. I saved a lot of money well please I tried them as my existing company's was very expensive even though I had full NCD. Although I had tried other sites this was the most economical even though I had added breakdown cover and legal services etc.
