when I first took out a policy, I was given very good rates, but when I went to get the second credit hire policy the rates trebled, it seems to me this company knows exactly what they are doing, how fsa have agreed for them to charge these rates is beyond my belief.
your better of getting a policy from somewhere else because this company is daylight robbery.

System easy to use and the staff always helpful. It would be of use to be able to offer regular clients a discount. Visitors on holiday don't carry necessary documents which is a bind as we have to turn them away pity as we are in a tourist hotspot.

Insure Car Hire is an over all good insurance service to use, the system and paperwork is simple to use and understand. Steve is always their to help with any queries and resolves issues promptly.

Best service we received after having used 2 other previous insurers. Great team at their office is always on hand to clarify and resolve any underwriting issues quickly and swiftly.

Good customer service from Steve Blackwell, always on hand to help with underwriting queries, and the premiums seem to be competitive and fair. However the actual hiring procedures we feel are overkill, and sometimes limit the people we can hire to. I.e. The person driving has to pay on THEIR own card, and the need for copies of bills/statements etc.., when most people deal online paperless nowadays and don't have these to hand, even though the customer has supplied us with their passport or both parts driving licence (Which confirms address)

Software is easy to use & all the rental forms are provided.

System is easy to use, takes minutes to get someone on hire.

This is a really straight forward system and is well laid out.
I mind it much easier to manage my business using the system and if I'm stuck on any thing I can phone the office and speak to some one.
I would not go back to an annual policy after this

Insure car hire does the job that we want it to do, the forms are easy and the backup is excellent however we are paying far too much for this service. Each year the rates go up higher and higher, I feel that £26 a day for insurance on our old campervans, (Our customers with a clean licence between 25 and 69 years old with at least 3 years experience) is far too much and is making our campervan hire business less popular :-(

As you would expect daily rates are somewhat higher than the big boys but most customers accept this. It would be nice to have a lower excess without paying extra, but again most people accept it.
Overall an excellent service with easy to navigate web pages.

I have been using this company for over 5 years now and find them a really helpful company to deal with. The website is easy to use and the staff are always on hand to help. I would have no reservations in recommending their services to anyone else.

system of form filling a bit slow for new customers, too slow to be useful for cases where referral for decision is needed, otherwise it works well.

Communication and procedures for getting the right insurance is quick and easy to complete. Only issue I have is the account expiry due to lack of use, I am a new company and don't have a lot of business in the winter time, my account is suspended and have to reopen, maybe a more personal approach would help not automated. Small issue and if it wasn't for that I would have given it 5 stars no problem, although I would definitely recommend insurecarhire to others.
