Alex who is a leader at intertrader is excellent in advancing the company reputation and existing operations. I encountered a problem and he was attentive to this without hesitation proactively assuring me that in the unlikely case ( I have been with them for well over a decade and operations are notably smooth ) of an issue it would be rectified which was immediately the case.
