I have been trading for many years, and I’ve seen my fair share of platform glitches. What separates a good broker from a great one isn't just the software—it’s how they handle it when things go wrong.
I recently encountered an execution issue on my account where a trade failed to close automatically at my Take Profit level. I was initially concerned, but after reaching out to Intertrader’s support team, I was thoroughly impressed. They didn't just give me an automated template response; they actually reviewed the execution logs, listened to my concerns as an experienced trader, and took full accountability for the error. They resolved the matter promptly and fairly.
It is rare to find a broker that is willing to listen and actually resolve technical hiccups with such professionalism. They have certainly earned my trust, and I would highly recommend their support team to anyone looking for a reliable partner.

I have just had to change over to intertrader,
which i was having a lot of problems connecting to my new account ,but thankfully i had fantastic support from my agent ovidiu,who was very patient and went through everything with me ,[even when my phone charge died he emailed me], i cant say enough about how he stay on it until it was fixed , i would recommend intertrader and especially ovidiu ,to everyone

Ovidiu at Intertrader took my enquiry and said he would call back in 5 to 10 minutes. He called back in about 2 minutes with the info I needed. Polite, efficient and professional.

I had a issue with connecting to my MT5 account and all i had to do was call the company and i was helped by Ovidiu
