A huge thank you to Ovidiu at InterTrader for helping me today. I was really concerned because I had deposited money but couldn’t access the correct account or see the funds through SmartCharts.

Ovidiu immediately put my mind at ease. He quickly located my original account, identified that the email address had been entered incorrectly, and clearly explained what needed to happen next. He then liaised with SmartCharts to get everything linked correctly and, just as promised, called me back once it had all been sorted.

He was such a lovely person to deal with — friendly, patient, reassuring, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. What impressed me most was that he took ownership of the problem and followed it through from start to finish. My account is now fully connected and everything is working perfectly.

Account closure
I was helped by Ovidiu Caibar to close my Account after I had been assisted to withdraw my balance back to my own bank
The attention given to the closure was quick and efficient.A solution was found to an issue and customer service was excellent from the team especially Jason and Ovidiu.

i AM COMPUTER Illiterate so when I phoned intrader and spoke to Jason he went through the process of registering and then explained how to with drw and submit funds good job = we will see if it worked in a few days when the funds land in my account

I made a request to withdraw funds from my account and this was handled by Ovidiu in a professional and friendly manner. Albeit it stated to allow up to 3 days for the funds to appear in my account they arrived within a couple of hours. Thank you.

I have always found that Intertrader will lift the phone help and guide you through any process. They are patient and understand that not everyone is from a IT back Ground. There is some security checks to go through before entering any process and you can ask question to confirm their details.

Ho aperto un conto un paio di mesi fa facendo un deposito, dopo 2 mesi ho realizzato un profitto di 2.500 euro così decido di fare un primo prelievo di 250 euro, ed ecco qui la sorpresa, account mt4 chiuso, account al sito di intertrade bloccato, non posso più neanche accedere. Si sono tenuti i profitti che ho fatto dicendomi che ho usato tecniche di treding non consentite come usare software ecc. preciso che opero in scalping, ma da quando in qua un broker ti dà un divieto di operare con un Expert advisor??! Alla fine della storia li sto denunciando al (FCA) - (FOS) e GIBRALTAR FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION (GFSC). Speriamo prendano provvedimenti. UN MIO CONSIGLIO, STATE LONTANI DA QUESTO BROKER.

Trado con Intertrader da mesi e mi sto trovando molto bene. Anche quando ho avuto qualche problemino in supporto clienti, in particolare il signor Savvas, è stato molto gentile e celere nell'aiutarmi e a risolvere ogni problematica.

Spero di poter continuare il rapporto con Intertrader ancora per molto tempo.
