I was already so so frustrated with the intertrader site/ sysytem. It’s been like since last night I was sorting my account. Then Elia from Cyprus on of their staff contacted me. It’s been like nearly 2 hours we been sorting out together with the account. At last we manage to do it, it was only her, she was so patient to me, Very calm and understanding. Minimum deposit for MT5 account is £ 50 not £ 1.
I saw in Intertrader deposit menu, that I can deposit small amount of money - min £ 1.
I tried 3 times to deposit £ 40 and platform rejected transaction.
After my email to Intertrader support I received some quick replays from Ahmed AL-Farawi and the problem was solved for 24 h.
Most important for me in this correspondence was that minimum deposit for MT5 account is £ 50 not £ 1.
