Order stress!Filled in the form to purchase the gift…
Filled in the form to purchase the gift but it did not register the different address I wanted to send the gift. So spending loads of time trying to sort it and there does not seem to be anyway to remedy the issue on your site other than contact you - which I have done.
Let's see if it works but my experience of getting a response to an online order and sorting it is not a positive one.

Horrible tearful as I’d ordered…
Horrible tearful as I’d ordered evouchers for grandsons 13 th birthday and they didn’t work as the information just said corrupted and after emailing I realised there was nobody over weekend to help me and his birthday arrived and I missed our every year birthday breakfast as I had no gift to bring to him and so his birthday will always be remembered for me crying all weekend and being online trying to find some help..I called on phone first thing Monday morning..on his birthday bit it was late in the day before someone called Joseph helped me to download the correct voucher with the greeting id selected days before. The staff said the system was down and they were trying hard to fix it and I asked if they could courier his voucher as I would happily have sold a kidney to give him a good. Irrhdaynas he has had the last few years suffering being bullied and so relies on me to be a solid trustworthy person for him..when things were looking like they said…that it would be next day before they could sort it, I went omto youngdriver.eu and bought the same value 100 pounds voucher and printed it in minutes..so I’ve been out of pocket for double what I expected. And didn’t feel the company were prepared with any way to ride out a problem and were unprepared for this kind of event.
I normally would only give good ratings bud despite the staff saying they were doing their best, they fully understood the significance of this birthday gift because I’m very poorly and might not live to see him next birthday and felt they should have vouchers ready printed to cover emergencies and to send them same dsy.

We are truly sorry for the distress and disappointment this caused, especially on such an important birthday for your grandson.
We did experience an unexpected problem with our PDF system, and our team worked as hard as possible to resolve it. Unfortunately, it took longer than we initially expected. While the issue was ongoing, we found an alternative way to send your PDF before the system was fully fixed, but sadly this was too late to avoid the upset caused.
We completely understand your frustration and are sorry that what should have been a special birthday became such a difficult experience.
We sincerely hope your grandson enjoys his experience and that it helps create some happy memories for you both.
Good choice of experiences
I have used before, but needed a further voucher for the same experience. Really easy to order and receive the evoucher. Looking forward to booking the experience now.

Rachel was brilliant this morning
I purchased two driving experiences in 2025 last year for my grandsons 16th birthday and still not used and approaching 17 in October. I asked when he was going to use them and it looks to me that they were mislaid. Anyway Rachel from into the blue was brilliant and re sent the vouchers so a great experience from her. Thank you.

Expired voucher
Booked a voucher, could not make the 2 dates this year. They offered dates for 2027, which I said I would contact them back about it..when I called back my voucher had expired, (I didn't realise there was an expiry date) but they kindly extended the voucher, and I booked myself in in 2027.
