Placed an order for my Grandson for a 30 minute flight it is for his 18th birthday. Completed the form with his delivery address but it has come through with my delivery address so what went wrong. Tried to call and although it stated you close at 5pm was told closed until Monday

Was given “into the blue” details by a colleague and used for the first time to buy a 60m flying lesson for a family member’s birthday. I’m not IT savvy however, super easy to use and because I’m employed in the emergency service area, received a great discount. Really excited to be gifting this to a loved one.
