Raised a complaint back in 2017 and still had no response been promise phone calls nothing tried looking for a contact for ceo nothing just want someone to speak to me rather than send the same email over and over again

Firstly it states on their site that their live chat is available 24/7. It is not. I have now been waiting over 48 hours for a response on live chat. This is not the first time and no apologises from the adviser once connected. In touch says they have excellent customer service.
Bonuses- unable to check wagering requirements if you have no balance. You have to contact the company to reset the wagering on the bonus. Don't know any other company that does this.
They give you free spins by adding a small bonus which you use to spin the wheel for your free spins but when spinning the wheel to get your free spins you have wagering on the small bonus given before you even get the free spins.
If you don't reset your wagering your previous amount of wagering is added on top. Would like to know how the RTS think of that!!
Bonus balance is not separated from cash balance this is combined. When customers should be able to view both balances not combined.

Up till now no response on live chat.

The software this company provides are 8 online casino:

PocketWin, mFortune, Dr Slot, Mr Spin, Bonus Boss, Jammy Monkey, Casino 2020 and Cashmo.

At first, the casino's aren't too bad, however recently over the past couple of months have become rather poor quality in my opinion.

You can deposit as much as you like from £3 up to whatever they can take from your bank. Because that's how I see it, they take and take and you never really do win much back, if anything.

I would avoid all 8 of their brands at all costs. It's probably best to stick to Sky Vegas or Virgin Games, rather than this rip off brand.

Update from a few months back - June 2023 - these id¡0ts close your account without any prior warning, you could still have funds in there and they still won't care. AVOID!

All apps owned by intouch game Ltd - mr spin, dr slot, pocketWinCasino are scams. They owe me money and refuse to pay out because of endless ridiculous requirements.

All of which are similar to the endless reviews you can find online by other unfortunate customers. Their live chat support is the same 1/2 people changing ‘user name’ across all apps, closes chat whenever you put them on the spot. Easy to spot because they use 3/4 different names and make the same unique spelling/grammar mistakes.

They recently told me over live support that all live support staff work in the same office together. Would be interesting to cross check this with the amount of staff they declare on the books…..obviously they don’t. But just another example of the lies they spew.

I’m actively working with several people who have been robbed by this company to provide a dedicated user review interface on their services. The positive reviews on this website cannot be trusted as they are staff. One even says ‘quite good place to work’ QUITE - but gives it 5 stars. For the positive reviews, are there authentication checks to ensure these people have deposited? Or for those rate it highly as a employee - is there checks on how long they have been employed? Or if they even have been?

Absolute joke wouldnt bother if i was you!!! Finally wpon £20 from sign up bonus after hours of playing to be told i couldnt withdraw less than £30 but when i got to £30 was told i couldnt withdraw until i sent endless amounts of I.D!!! If you want to waste endless hours of spinning the reels then please yourself but you will not get a penny out of them so enjoy hahaha

I actually had an interview with them for a 2D artist position that had an art test (unpaid) that lasted 6 weeks! Insanely exploitative, but I was a fresh graduate who didn't know any better. I made three pieces for them, plus multiple revisions, only for them to reject me for the job. I now know this is not industry standard and is a terrible practice. An 'art test' this long should be paid.

Having to wait over 4 weeks now for my first withdrawal and they are putting obstacle after obstacle in place to stop them from having to pay out.

If you want to lose £25 on a crap slot it’s a great casino.

One plus is they have a phone number to speak to someone in customer services not that are very helpful.

Sadly echoing many of the reviews on here, chasing every few days for an update, they refuse to pay-out and again asking for ridiculous amount of paperwork to make it prohibitively slow or impossible to get paid.

At this stage i would say its a SCAM site, happy to eat my words and change review if i ever see my payout.

Still waiting for my withdrawal from over two months. Deposited £200 and won £2200 but unfortunately they won’t pay out. I ring everyday and all I get is that I’ve sent all my documents over it’s just a case of waiting now. I have also asked for a copy of my file as I am now taking this further and I have waited the full 30 days. I’ve just got off the phone and they have said oh we can’t deal with this as it’s complaints. I’ve been on hold for 35 mins for them to tell me that. I have NEVER used such a poor gaming site and I think they deserved the hefty fine they received. We’re now on 9 weeks for my withdrawal so I’ll make another review tomorrow!

You win money on their Mfortune platform, they block the withdrawal, and for 5 months you wont get a penny, and as I don't have the phone number anymore, they are refusing to hand over my winnings.

Stay away, all intouch games bonuses are bad practise. They say either 20x or 40x across all their sites. I have videos showing a starting balance of zero, so no previous bonus to stack the amount. Wagering on pocketwin was over £900 for a win of 87p. Absolutely disgusting casinos. Videos will be going online and sent to the gambling commission. This is because I won on bonuses and met the wagering requirements twice. Then again but this time they had it increased to something like 60x as that was the amount shown. Got no reply from them and as the bonus winnings would disappear the next day, I decided to keep playing the £100 I won. Actually managed to wager the ridiculous amount shown in wagering requirements and withdrew £50 which went into my bank. Next time I tried to withdraw £10 from one of their sites they asked me to prove I had paid my phone bill and all bonus wagering across all sites except mfortune, were increased. I have proof because I filmed every single set of bonus spins on all their sites and then checked the wagering which had further increased…87p win on pocketwin, £977.30 wagering to release any bonus win. That’s 1,123x wagering. Oh they don’t like to pay out. There must be a law getting broken here. Seriously their are better, more reliable and fair casinos out there.

Please everyone please do not touch mfortune or any associated Intouch Ltd apps or games with a barge pole. 1. they will let you deposit with no issues. 2. they will not let you withdraw winnings. 3. they will justify there blatent attempt to steal by stating incorrect paperwork. 4. Your attempts to rectify this will hit a brick wall with complaints department. 5. They obviously post fake positive feedback.

Absolute disgrace of a company.

Anyone who is having similar problems with withdrawls contact the gambling commission who are already looking into this, the more support the better chance of shutting these companies down.

Feel much better since uninstalling the apps run by these. Saved so much money from not wasting on the bogus bonuses they send out, rarely, if you are actually luckily enough to win anything... It's usually the bare minimum. Judging by what I have spent and a few friends of mine, as we did for research on gambling, all you ever really win is possibly no more than 50% of what you have deposited. My recommendation to the public is to uninstall or better, close your accounts.

Have basically stolen 1500 from my husband (who is a pensioner) who accidentally deposited it when he mistakenly deleted the point in his entry. When he tried to withdraw they have just put every obstacle in his way including asking him to submit 11 different forms of ID and then claiming it was inadequate. Avoid. These are scammers and crooks.

I have contacted the company via telephone, live chat and email. I was advised by a lady on the phone to get a letter off my go surgery to be able to verify my details. I did that and the surgery stamped and signed it for me and it’s still not good enough. Gutted that I have used this company as they are very happy to take your money as they can “verify my age via their in house verification” but they can’t use the same verification method to pay out any winnings. I will keep trying and will keep leaving reviews to update
