Very easy to Navigate and received exactly what i ordered and in the expected time frame.
i have already made another order.

I'd give a 5 star rating, but FedEx screwed it all up..Ended up paying 77.00 for 3 day delivery..

I was told by the lady that took my order over the phone that, it was after hours and the order would ship on Monday and I would have it on Tuesday, this is why I had the installers scheduled for Tuesday. I understands things happen but there was no communication and I had to "figure it out". I also understand how a business runs and nothing is free, but some of the shipping back would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly, when I spoke to the guy on Monday he made me feel nothing could be done and didn't call back with a explanation or anything I was just frustrated with the whole transaction at that point.
Got a few email responses then crickets.......
invertersupply.com tried to help this customer via the Shopper Approved Customer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond to the assistance provided.

They had inverters available I could find nowhere else. Sales agent Cristina was extremely helpful and responsive. Product was delivered 3 days early, definitely recommend.

I ordered an Inverter MagnShine for my RV, the first of January as with everything this year, it was a waiting game. 4 months later, I had the inverter with the profession help and service I was given by Inverter Supply. The Inverter came the shipping box from the factory was perfect, no signs of any damage. My RV repairman open the box and the Inverter had been damaged at the factory and packaged and shipped damaged. I contacted Inverter Supply in a few days I had a return label and contact person. After they received the Inverter last week, I was notified my charge card was being credited the amount. This company "Inverter Supply" goes above and beyond to help people. I obtained another Inverter for my RV. I highly recommend Inverter Supply! They are Honest, Helpful and Profession People. In no way was my problem because of the people at Inverter Supply, but the factory, but these people made it right. Great Job! I will use then again.

The 1000 watt inverter that was delivered to me is not what I expected. No built in 120 outlets. I remember the picture online showing built in outlets.

I ordered an inverter that showed "in stock" in the on line store. The order was acknowledged but the next day I got an email that the inverter was actually not in stock and it would be 4 weeks before you would beable to ship it. That forced me to cancel it from the order and buy from Amazon who had the inverter in stock. The other items on my order with Inverter Supply were delivered in good shape in a timely fashion. I would buy from them again.
