Booked my first Business Class ticket.. wasn't comfortable at first as its all online but Shawn from IOFFC made it everything so smooth that I can't go anywhere else now. Just booked my 2nd return with them..Excellent Communication, service, can't even expect from big companies whose offices are everywhere but service no where..Thanks Guys..Thanks Shawn

I was able to get a ticket on the dates I wanted at the last minute. The agent assigned to me was fast and responsive to my request,
which I really appreciate it! My trip was very time contraint my flight booking went very smoothly despite my heck it schedule. Found the service very useful when traveling solo on business❣️

I reached out to I only fly first class and Ana found the best flight from Brisbane to Ottawa.. The support and communication was outstanding.. anyone wanting to use these guys should.. the savings in business class was a third of the price on the airlines website .. thanks so much Jeanette

Been flying with "I only fly first class" for a few years, the experience has been good until this time.
The service is good if and only if I don't need to make changes.

To start off, the cancellation fee and rescheduling fee is unreasonably high.

The worst part is, even I don't mind paying the penalty, you still couldn't find a return flight for me even with more than 2 months in advance notice.

I understand that using redemption points is subject to availability, but I was assured giving a month in advance notice would be no problem.

Also, booking round trips with you has absolutely no benefits whatsoever. So why should I book round trips with you if rescheduling or cancellation would be such a pain?

Any how, a very dear lesson learned. Definitely will reconsider using your service again.

Always at least 30% off long-haul flights with great customer service. I can't go back to economy after using this service =)
